McDonald's — Restaurant in Oceanside

This has to be a sign of the times, the staff totally ignores you at the counter, like completely, even when your order is ready and they set it on the counter (they don’t bring it to your table despite the kiosk having you pick a table tent) no they just set it on the counter and half the time they don’t even call your number, they turn around and get back to whatever else they are doing. Your drink cup is never on the tray so you have to sit there saying excuse me, excuse me until finally someone pays attention to you, and you better get whatever else you need ketchup, napkins bbq sauce then because that’s your chance. Turn around to the drink station, the Coke fountain on the far right has been out of calibration for almost 2 months (too syrupy) and it’s always a mess, makes you wonder if they clean it at night at all. And the ketchup pump is always empty and the lids aren’t stocked, and napkin dispensers empty. Food and trash all over the floor and tables not wiped down, and mind you this isn’t a one off, it’s like this every time I go and I go once a week because it’s a treat for my son and it’s his favorite place (he’s 6) so for being a good boy I let him pick….. it’s torture for me, but he likes it because he doesn’t know any better. McDonald’s was always clean and friendly staff I don’t know what the heck happened in the past 5 years, and the drive thru, they love to park you even if there’s nobody else in the drive thru, like can’t I just stay here what the heck!!??? I go here because it's one of the last play area's open, and I have three kids four, 2 1/2 and 1/2

Today I ordered two Happy meals, and asked to have the two ice creams I was going to have later not made right away. The front lady gave me grief about the request. Like she said yes but she also made it seem like it was a problem to do and didn't have manners.

My kids eat their Happy meal So I go inside and get the ice creams. When we go back outside my 2-year-old slips on her seat hits her head and drops her ice cream

I walk inside to ask for another ice cream and a rag to pick up the mess but this takes a good 6 minutes and four customers to go ahead of me. One that was in line before me but the other three just kind of walked up too and my kid was screaming

But it was like instead of taking care of an urgent situation to help it out, she just like ignored me again I think because I have kids

One of the worst experiences I've had where a person instead of helping in a service situation to fix something that they could easily fix. She then said oh, I can only give you a little ice cream. I can't give you a whole ice cream again

I did a curbside pick up at around 7:30. As I was like 5-10 minutes away. And usually it’s faster to order ahead but no literally didn’t get my food until 8. I arrived parked and waited a little over 5 minutes. No one was coming with my order so I got out which I didn’t mind since I understand to a point they were busy but the last in the front was sooo rude. She was a Mexican older lady wearing a purple hamburger university hoodie. The people that order in the kiosk got their food before me. Like 10-15 minutes before me! Another customer was asking for restroom code and the employee was hand gesturing the custom una and saying idk idk. Mind you this whole time I was staring at the counter didn’t even get acknowledged until like 7:55. The lady asked how she can help me, I proceeded I order a curbside pickup a while back she look at my phone and said we don’t have it. I responded wdym I order like 20 minutes ago. So she looked a recoleta she had over the counter and proceeded to make my order didn’t take her even 5 minutes to prepare it. Didn’t even apologize for the delay or nothing! Just handed me the bag. I get into my car and take out my McMuffic was literally half way wrapped… first and last time at this place. Worst...
