Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Oceanside

My husband and I stopped in to use their restroom (after a long trip from No.California). They had two restrooms but one was locked, and no noise from within to indicate it being occupied. So, while my husband used the restroom, I decided to get an order to-go. When I approached the counter, there were zero staff at the counter, I could hear one person behind the wall in the food prep area, and see one gal with a headphone on taking and handing out drive-thru food orders. Meanwhile, my husband came out of the restroom, telling me there was no toilet paper and he had to use some seat liners. We tried to get the gal's attention, and saw that she was very stressed. She saw us wanting her attention, but wouldn't or couldn't disengage from her tasks. So, I hollered that they were completely out of toilet paper in their only available restroom. She shook her head and turned away. I, too, needed to urgently use the restroom and did so using the extra seat liners for TP. we stayed a few minutes more hoping we could place a food order, but still noone came to the counter. It was a sad day for this franchise...apparently severely short-staffed during the middle of the afternoon. We left...

Today my husband went in to try to get lunch, he was waiting for 10 minutes being ignored, he asked the cashier(heavy set short mex woman) if someone is gonna help him, this lady rudely told him “no, we are not” then walked away, he had to wait longer until an older gentleman came from the back and help him, is not the first time we get this kind of service in this restaurant, I personally worked in customer service and rule # 1 is if you are not gonna do your job properly, than what are you doing working with public, some ppl forget that customers make our paycheck. My husband is the owner of the construction company that build this restaurant, we sadly to say what it has to come to, for this reason we will never going back, my husband is Caucasian, it shouldn’t be any kind of racism, he felt like a stranger in his own county cause all the personal in there is Latino it’s absolutely not right,...

isnt Bout me however funny story so day after Thanksgiving im hitting up jack in th box .Two cars in front of me first car leaves.I assume they ordered. Guy in front keeps going hello hello,he honks i honk no response.I back up to try an see what the hd up is. Looks like no one is there. I exist my car and walk to drive up window. NO ONE HOME. OK FINE TACO BELL ACROSS STREET LOOKS OPEN. I TELL DUDE NO ONE THERE.By time i round corner two more cars are in line. So i tell them no one is there. Then he informs me TACO BELL SAID THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD!!!! OK WELL NOTE TO SELF JA C KS CLOSED DAY AFTER,HOWEVER NEXT TIME REMEMBER TO TURN OFF ORDER BOARD WHICH WAS LIT UP AS IF U GUYS WERE TAKING ORDERS.
