The food was outstanding, quick, however, being only 1 of maybe 2 customers just after 11 am on a Wednesday, the staff constantly disappeared. I ordered the fried spring roll ( probably some of the best I have ever had, but be careful they come out HOT), and come to our surprise, they brought out 6 rolls on one plate. Initially, I just thought it was a generous serving. I ordered the #1 no Tripe, but there was still tripe in it... When our pho was served, our side vegetables were oddly served on a single plate... when it came time to pay the bill, it was, in fact two orders of spring rolls.. oh well, we ate them all! I just thought it was odd to share side vegetables for the Pho and the app. I also ordered an ice tea that never arrived and wasn't on the bill, we did end up ordering vietnamese coffee to go, which I am still sipping on... and did not disappoint. All in all, I want to go back to try the Ban MI. The big plus is that although it is not in a great area, the inside was immaculate and a great atmosphere. Be prepared to spend 25$ per person for an app,...
Read moreI have been ordering pho from this restaurant for a little over a year now. When I discovered how good it was, my gf and I would order at least once a week. We have spent a lot of money ordering food from here and it has always been worth it to me. It really is a shame that I no longer feel that way. Today marks the 3rd time in about a month that they have (I'm sure unintentionally) ripped me off. I ALWAYS order the large pho with fatty brisket. It used to be $18, now it is $20. Wasn't a big deal at first, but lately they either disregard the large request and give me a regular size (honest mistake I'm sure and I can always dispute it with doordash and get my money back), but today they got the larger size correct and gave me the same (if not less) amount of noodles and meat you would find in a regular size pho. It was a stark difference. I think we can all agree that $28 worth of food (one item!) Should fill one person up. I can no longer support this restaurant. As they say "3 strikes and you're out!). Thankfully there are plenty of pho places...
Read moreThe food is okay. I've been ordering spring rolls and fried rice from them for a year. Tonight I tried to order crispy flat rice noodle. The first time it came out it wasn't crispy at all, it was steamed (no photo available). I returned and asked very politely for the noodles to be a little crispy, as he agreed to that modification on the original phone order. He was rude to me and returned 10 minutes later with deep fried noodles that were not edible (photo #1). I felt like he was trying to tell me to take my business elsewhere. I again, politely asked for noodles that were not deep fried, but crispy (photo #2). He came back for the third time with an even bigger attitude and the right noodles. He was extremely rude to me and I did nothing...
