McDonald's — Restaurant in Oceanside

My grandkids and I wanted breakfast, they wanted mcgriddles, hash rounds and a drink. So I order two mcgriddles with only egg and sausage, no cheese. How can you mess that up?! But she did 5 times, she keep adding cheese and I would say no cheese, then she would remove egg and add cheese again. She couldn't figure out the no cheese part. So I thought we got it right and I pulled up to pay. She handed me my receipt, which I had to ask for, and my grandson said it was mcmuffins on here. So I looked back at the women and asked why she put that on there and she told me that's what I asked for. I was so mad, told we went over 5 times and she knew what it she'd for. So she called back and told them that was supposed to mcgriddles not mcmuffins. Then she told me to pull up, I did. They handed me my food and when I checked it..Mcmuffins. When I said something to the guy in the window he walked away and got a manager, she came to the window and told me if I wanted the mcgriddles I would have to pay for them. I told her I didn't order the mcmuffins to take them back and I would pay the difference. She said no that I would have to pay full price. I was so disgusted by this time, she acted like I was trying to get something for free. I placed my order, they messed up, knew they did, and then wouldn't fix it, but was going to make me pay more for what I ordered the first time after I paid for something I didn't order. I left and want be back.. I wish I could give then no stars on here. I done with McDonald's for a while, they don't treat you as a customer anymore, they treat you as you are a nuisance that is messing up their day. I really think whoever owns this store should take a long hard look at theses reviews and...

There was just a few customers inside, which should have been enough of an indication to warn me that there was a problem.

I haven't been in a Mc'Ds for years... however due to their recent changes in their "menu"... I have gone a few times for the grilled chicken breast on the potato bun. Well... I decided to order some coffee too. While waiting for my order, I went to the rest room. Thank goodness they had two stalls. I went to use the handicap stall, as I placing the seat cover on, I noticed an opaque oblong shaped bug on the seat. I grabbed some T-P to push it inside the toilet. As it landed in the water, I realized that this "bug" was more than likely body LICE! I opted to use the other stall.

Before I left Mc'Ds... (after drinking coffee), I went to use the restroom again. As I was waiting for the second stall to become available, I noticed a worm-like creature stuck on the outside wall of the sink. I thought... hell no... another disgusting pest! I took my smart phone out this time to zoom in and get a better look, (for I saw both these pests without my glasses). While I'm viewing this worm-like entity... I realized that it's one of those worms that are WORST than scabies, they are a parasite from Morgellons Disease. I decided to hold it and find a restroom that is not a jungle of parasites, even though I'm suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, stage 3... I surely am NOT going to risk using their restroom.

Time 7:45 I ordered a sweet tea and discovered it was unsweet. Naturally I went back as this is my go-to treat and it was no big deal. Mistakes happen and I was in no rush. I pulled up to the window and explained the situation. I handed the employee my drink thinking she would toss it in the trash. Like your SUPPOSE TO DO or NOT TAKE IT AT ALL. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID! Instead this girl takes the cup to a corner and proceeds to add syrup into my drink. After she handed it to me I took a sip and opened the lid. I was shocked. Same cup, same straw, same ice, same little dent that was on my cup before I handed it over. Wearing no gloves at that! Im disgusted and beyond disappointed. Im calling the health department on this location. Who knows what else she did to my drink when she disappeared and starting snickering with a coworker. Who knows what shes been doing to other peoples food!! Unbelievable that this location was been brought down by these type of immature workers. There are truly lovely people there too. I doordash for this location a lot and its my local MCDS (20 plus years) so I’m super fond of it. I even had a few birthdays here back in the day when that was a thing but this incident is not acceptable and Ill be damned if I dont report this. Someone’s gonna get sick! And I sure hope...
