Worst donut buying experience of my life! I went there today with my son and two of his friends for a post sleepover morning treat.
I was buying a dozen and a half and letting each kid pick 3, then I was picking the rest for more kids joining us later. The lady helping us was listening to the kids and picking the donut they were pointing to when another lady came out of the back grabbed the donut box out of her hand and started putting random donuts in the box. I was confused and asked how many donuts were in the box and she said 13. I said how can that be, I have 3 kids picking 3 donuts there should be 9. She said she'd take out what I didn't want. I'm like I didn't memorize the 9 donuts the kids picked do we have to have to start over? She said yes and got a new box and put that box aside. What sucks is now they were out of some type of donuts the kids wanted because they were in the original discarded box. And now a line is forming because we had to start over. So the kids pick their 3 donuts each again from what was now available and I quickly as possible pick the rest 3 at a time making 18.
Then when I was paying she wouldn't turn the screen so I could see the price and was being cagey about the total. I finally got her to tell me the price $36. At this point I just wanted to get out of there and paid and left. But 1 dozen is $16 so the price for 2 dozen would be $32 plus tax, probably $36. So after being super rude and trying to force different donuts on us and then us not getting exactly what we wanted because they were out of sprinkles in the discarded box. They charged me for 2 dozen and not the 1 1/2 dozen that we got.
I will never go back to the scam...

Today,(four years ago) I returned to a donut shop I hadnāt visited in years. As a kid, I was only allowed one donut, so I always chose the biggest: the bear claw. It became my ritual, my quiet rebellion wrapped in pastry.
This morning, I went out of my way to pick up a box for work. But what I found was more than donutsāit was recognition. The owner looked up, smiled, and handed me my usual. The bear claw.
No words needed. Just a gesture that reached across time and made my day.
Itās rare to find places that remember you. Rarer still to find ones that welcome you back like no time has passed. This...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've gone to this place at least 10 times and prices seem to fluctuate every single time. They try so hard at selling you as much as they can... After you order the favorite line is "and what else...". Today i want in and the guy forgot one of my donuts (he's always screwing up orders) i went back inside to tell him and he started arguing with me about it. They obviously don't care about the customer... You've been warned!!! I will not go here again. Donuts are just okay by the way...
