We just stopped in here to check the place out. I am familiar with the amazing Promo Food Mart, which apparently is not related to this place (they have different websites). It's very small and the walkways are tight, like maybe the width of two people. They have tons of raw meat & fish for sale, as well as prepared cooked food. They have a separate register for burrito, taco, and tamale orders. No need to pay $20 for a carne asada burrito anywhere else, they have them for $9.99 here. On Tuesdays and Fridays, tacos are $0.99. We bought some shrimp ceviche and aguachiles. Both could have used a little more shrimp but the flavors were good. Can't wait to try the hot food next time.

In these difficult times that we are going through, this by far is the best place to shop. The service and products are the best! The owner does his best to make sure that his customers are satisfied. This is the neighborhood store and is always there with the best produce, meat, dairy, household products at the most competitive prices. Will definitely keep shopping here now and always!

Primo Thunder Market catered my wedding cakes. Absolutely delicious and everything was pre-sliced to make it so easy for the hotel to serve. Mike's staff was so communicative and professional. I got to try a bunch of different cakes and ended up with a delicious traditional white cake with strawberry filling. I'm so happy with the service and the experience! 10/10

AWESOME PLACE TO BUY YOUR NECCESITIES.

Mike and all of his employees are GREAT people and have a HUGE heart for all those in our local community. Fresh meat, poultry and sea food to by buy the pound or ready to eat food as well - a special note Primo Thunder Market has a bakery and has a full stock of Mexican baked goods. The shelves are also stoked with fresh vegetables for all of your cooking needs. If you have a special event talk with Mike and he is ALWAYS willing to make a deal for your event - superb owner!!

This small store loves their regular patrons and it shows when you are a frequent customer BUT they are ready to welcome new customers. This market has made a LARGE impact on those that live near by - Mike is quick to assist a person in need and is a true testament to who he is a human being. He is a business man by trade but has a compassionate heart for people.

Job well done to Mike and all those how work...

On 9/3/23 my son visited this establishment and was treated poorly. There were two men behind the counter and one of them asked my son in Spanish what he needed. My son replied to him in English and both men began to denigrate my son in Spanish. It is simply unacceptable for Hispanics to belittle their own race for not speaking their ethnic language. Not everyone has the opportunity to be bilingual and it's definitely not a reason to be shamed. Needless to say, my family and I will not return to this establishment. I will not give my business to a place that makes their customers feel inferior.

Reply to email - I do not know how to respond to your reply, but it is mostly definitely the correct establishment. My daughter -in-law called the very same day it happened. I'm not sure whom she spoke to about it but I'm certain it was not...

We had Primo Thunder Market out a few weeks ago for our Annual Memorial Golf Tournament for my brother Dom, who passed away from Glioblastoma. The owner, Mike, and I go way back, so when I told him about the event, he immediately wanted to be involved. He and one of his managers, Danny, graciously spent several hours on site making taco plates for our golfers and volunteers. Not only was the food as delicious as always, but the golfers all spoke highly of the food.

If you ever need some hot food made daily, top-quality meat, fresh cakes, Pan Dulce, or just your everyday groceries, Thunder Market is your spot. Ask for Mike, and he will help you out. Thank you to the staff and Mike for making the Dom J. Smith Memorial Golf Tournament the best it could be. With love, the...
