Big Deal Burger — Restaurant in Ocoee

I order from here all the time and the food is great. Their burgers are so big I can barely finish them! Just overall a great menu and I always come back from time to time. Highly recommend.

This is a ghost kitchen. When you order and the Uber / Doordash person has left the restaurant, your food was hot and your fries were crispy. By the time the driver makes it to your house some 45-50 minutes later, the food has already been sitting in the persons car and is cold and the fries have become soggy. Big Deal Burger has no control over this.

Uber and Doordash asign a driver multiple customers with multiple restaurants so the driver has to drop off food at two other customers houses before they even reach yours thus causing fries to be soggy and the food to be cold when you get it. My 3 kids 18b, 15b & 8g choose this place, because we could do burgers and ribs we realized when we came in and had to order the burgers thought the site (ghost kitchen) ... ordered and was even offered assistance by the employees. We order 2 Dad Bods & 1 Nunchuck Norris online. Then ordered my daughters ribs. The burgers took a little bit, but then they came !!! First bite of everything we were amazed! The Dad Bod with the burst of blue cheese was immaculate!!! The burgers were like medium well and juicy! The Nunchuck Norris was so juicy and the BBQ just Marvelous! Please if you haven't, give this place a try. I believe the employees are family and they truly place love in the food! Oh and the ribs and fries (even cajun) was perfect!!! Pay for a double burger and Cajun fries. Get a single burger and cold and soggy fries with no Cajun seasoning on them. I was glad I checked everything before I made it all the way home… Went back and asked for a refund, and owner “Harry” makes the management sit on the phone with him because they don’t have a system to process refunds promptly, even when using their website to order. So now i just have to take their word for it that I’ll have a refund in a few hours, because they don’t even have a way to give me a receipt for that in store.
