I frequent this restaurant for a quick bite to eat. However, my experience today was a bad one. First, the food is very expensive. Second, due to rising prices, I assumed that I could get my food cooked and prepared the way I like it. But, I've been told by different workers that you could (only) get your food prepared the way it is shown on the menu board. So, if it's burnt, or salty, you can't alter it. THE NUGGETS & WAFFLE FRIES ARE VERY SALTY.
Third, I paid more than $32 for 2 meals with (2) vanilla shakes. The shakes were given to me in open containers, which I HATE. Fourth, one of the shakes had a piece of hair in it. I immediately notified the employee and sent it back. Well when I get home, I took a sip, and there were shreds of either peaches, bread, or some type of fruit mixed in the shake. I placed the pieces in a napkin, and called what I assumed was the location. It was titled the Chil Fil A care center. The young lady took my information, and informed me that she was going to send me a coupon for a free shake, coffee, etc. I asked her if she was kidding?
I informed her I wanted to speak with a manager. She said she was putting my complaint through to the leaders of the team. So, that is why I am submitting a Google Review. Avoid this place, unless you want your drinks or shakes with hair floating in them. Btw, no one wears hair nets. Most of the young ladies are wearing long hair, in addition to long finger nails. Some of the guys have long hair as well, & NO ONE IS SEEN WEARING GLOVES!!! YUK
How about issuing me a full refund for the two bad experiences I had today? Moving forward, let's invest in hair nets, and gloves.
WELL, I TRIED THEM AGAIN. GUESS WHAT? I PURCHASED TWO BREAKFAST BOWLS, REMOVED THE COVERS AND 2 SMALL HAIRS WERE STUCK TO THE TOP, OF EACH BOWL. THEY LOOKED LIKED SMALL PUBIC HAIRS, OR EYELASHES. I RETURNED THE BOWLS TO THE RESTAURANT, NO APOLOGY FROM MANAGEMENT. THEY ASKED ME IF THEY COULD MAKE THEM OVER, I SAID NO!
SO THEY GAVE ME A REFUND, THAT WAS IT! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
BEFORE LEAVING, I ASKED THE MANAGER WHY AREN'T ANY EMPLOYEES WEARING HAIR NETS, AND IF ALL EMPLOYEES WASH THEIR HANDS? SHE REPLIED, HAIR NETS ARE WORN BY THE EMPLOYEES MAKING THE FOOD. MY RESPONSE: I DOUBT THAT!!! DO NOT EAT HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT A MOUTH FULL OF HAIR!!!! I'M SPEAKING ABOUT THE CHIC FIL A IN...
Read moreI wanted to take the time out to write this review for all the reasons I will address in it. First, we don't have easily accessible Chick-fil-A where I live, and my son had never been, so we were super excited to go. When we came into Orlando, our first visit was everything we dreamed and more; impeccable customer service and DELICIOUS food. We decided to get some more right before our long drive home from Orlando. This time, we initially met with the customer service that they're known for, we got our food and headed toward the highway munching away. Thankfully, I noticed there was an item missing before we hit the on ramp. I had to drive all the way back because I wasn't leaving without my large Mac and cheese. It was literally the most important part of my order. The first girl I spoke to was kind and apologetic, telling me to pull around and they'd help me. The gentleman I flagged down at the food window (bleach blonde hair, late teens, early 20s) gave me an attitude, made me feel like he thought I was lying about THEIR mistake, and I overheard him at the counter saying that I ordered wrong with negative body language like shaking his head and throwing up his hands. No I did not, sir. Your employee entered it wrong. They gave me a large fry instead of my Mac, and when I went back, I had already started eating the fries from my CORRECT order. He made a sarcastic comment about me eating them when I said nope, I'm eating these from my bag. I was so upset because they delayed my trip back home, then I get attitude from what is supposed to be the most polite fast food place on earth, and I leave feeling like they thought I was lying to get something free or I messed up. That guy does NOT have the Chick-fil-A spirit in him one bit. Literally...
Read moreProbably the worst experience I’ve had at Chick-fil-A in my 28 years of life, and I worked at a Chick-fil-A in high school and go at least once a week or so. We stopped at this one because it was convenient to the turnpike and wish we would have just waited until we got to Winter Park. We placed a mobile order for dine in - they are supposed to bring your food to your table. We have a toddler and I’m pregnant, it’s a small thing that sets chickfila apart. All I get it my name screamed from the pick up area…ok. Well they forgot our toddler’s milk and the sauce we ordered. Two more trips back. Lots of dirty tables, next to the one we sat at an employee on her break was loudly listening to music on her speaker phone. Pretty rude. Employees all seemed like they would rather be somewhere else and I just generally didn’t get a great vibe from this place. I’ve been to many chickfilas all over the country over my life and this was by far the worst experience. I hope the food was safe to eat based on reading all these other reviews about mold in drinks. Overall it tasted ok. They also apparently didn’t have a working ice maker because they were talking about having to get ice from Walmart. I’m not sure using bagged ice is technically a safe practice in a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go to...
