As I said before this BK is really great. I use BK's mobile app and my order is waiting for me when I walk thru the door. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is. In addition a large coffee is only $0.50. While this isn't a complaint against the restaurant itself, it's a complaint against BK corporate. I took out a subscription to get a free BK coffee for $5.00 a month. I've had problems with my subscription to the point where I'm beyond aggravated. When I go to put my coffee in the mobile app, the app tells me that there's an error retrieving the pricing when I press dismiss and then I press continue then I press I'm here and the app says could not calculate order and the app takes me back to the main screen. I contacted mobile support about my issue and that told gave me three things to try including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. After I reinstalled the app and still got the same errors tech support told me that my end of the app is fine, it must be with the store. The tech reset the store and told me to try again. Well, guess what, I'm still getting the same two errors. I requested a refund of the $5.00 I previously paid and my request was denied. The rep told me to read the terms of the coffee subscription and he sent me a link. Well right on that link, is store number 6607. Having had enough of mobile support, I called BK support and explained the situation to them. They told me that they can't issue my refund either. So now I'm out a lousy $5.00, I have no subscription and I'm aggravated as hell. Thanks to all of this BS, I won't ever eat at BK again. I hope that their happy. Read moreTerrible and gross. A tall dark, large guy was super rude and when I mentioned it, he just shrugged. I still managed to smile while telling him but I guess he just didn't care. After that, it took a long time to get the order. Finally got it and opened it at home. It had hair in the wrapper. 4 different strings of black hair and debris on the bottom and sides of the bun. So glad I caught it before I let my friend eat it. Something told me to check it!
If you visit that location and they are rude just ignore it. Because this was really gross. We called the store and a guy answered (sounded like the same one) and he told us to ..... Well, I don't think I'm allowed to write what he said. It was very vulgar. But coming from him...I wasn't surprised.
I actually laughed. Just understand what area you are going to. Their customer service most likely can't be improved because it has to do with character and clearly theirs is very poor. Take my advice - Leave them to wallow in their miserable lives and go to a better area with better service. Don't ever wander to that side. Gross food, gross attitude. People like that...
