An Nails — Local services in Ocoee

The first time i went here a couple weeks ago a young lady named Carly did my nails. She did an awesome job. When i went back Thursday November 16th, 2017 the owner An did my fill. I got a french manicure. She cut 5 out of ten of my cuticles. She left purple paint on my nails from the last time, left white lines from straightening up the white on the french manicure. And there was black under the acrylic on one nail. Plus the fact she didn't fill them correctly. Some nails were not filled all the way while others were over my cuticles. By today they were lifting off of my nails. When i went in today to have her fix them. Sje looked at my nails. Starting pulling up where they were lifting while repeating this not lift. I pointed out the lines, the purple polish, and the dirt under the acrylic. She became very irate yelling and pounding on the desk. She than got inside a cash drawer proceeded to get out 2 $5 bills and throw them at me amd say here is your $19. I said this is only $10 where is the rest she said i keep the rest because i did the rest. I do not...

Omg! Please don't waste your money going to this place. The only good techs. working here are the husband and wife team. The owner, who by the way acts like she's just a tech. So she doesnt have to take responsibility for the poor nail job she gives you. Shouldn't be doing nails anymore. Especially with the bifocals she wears. She filed my cuticles till the bled and when she finished painting my nails it looked like my 6 yr. old painted them. I tried once more and got and older man who did not prep my nails they started falling off after 2 days and when he finished they were so big for my fingers. He never asked what shape I wanted and just gave me these big bulky square shaped nails. They looked ridiculous, plus he acted like he could care less about customer service or repeat business. The service I received for my mani and pedi deserves zero stars. An older lady with glasses (not sure if she is the owner) did my nails. 7 of my 10 fingers have scabs from the cuts she gave me on my cuticles. Two fingers continued to bleed even after I left the salon...that's how deep they were. My toenails were poorly files and the cuticles were not cleaned properly. Some of my toes also had cuts in the cuticle area. The paint job on my toes was horrible. I paid $57 to get a sloppy paint job and multiple wounds which left my fingers and toes tender for days. I will never go back here and I would not recommend anyone to go to that lady there..her services are no good and she also came off to be very moody, rude with poor...
