Flyers lately has been a hit and miss. I ordered a 25 piece. The lemon pepper wings tasted so bland, I could not tell that I was eating lemon pepper wings. I called in and spoke to the manager Stacey who wanted me to bring back in the wings I did not eat in order for her to replace them. She told me to store them in my refrigerator and bring them back when I was in the area. That was the most oddest and strangest thing for me to do. I told her I had been a customer for 15 years and how I was not pleased with the way she handled my feedback. I do not live near flyers. The smart thing to do would have been to get my name and maybe on my next visit recook the ten wings that I did not enjoy on my 25 peice order. Who totes around old food ? She claimed that was the policy. I felt as a manager she should have implemented better policies and help dissatisfied customers much better. I offered to snap a photo of all that I did not eat. I complimented the customer service that I received, I was even honest by telling her the other wings weren't bad and how I ate the majority of them. For 31$ I need my entire order of wings to be on point. I was close to giving up on flyers only because sometimes you go and it's on point and then other times it's not. After the pettiness of the manager I doubt I return. Learn to treat faithful customers like a prize and work with them better. Think outside the box, go an extra mile to let them know you total understand ! Without customers you...

Few things to note: you definitely get what you pay for. They serve the majority of their dishes in a plastic basket with parchment paper and provide small paper plates for your wings. Also you can tell that this restaurant used to be some sort of chinese restaurant by the upholstery of the box booths. This obviously didn't make for a good first impression. But never judge a restaurant by it's appearance.
They serve other dishes too, traditional burgers and sandwiches, but the best deals are the wings. We went for the Tuesday Family Special for wings, fries and drinks. We were seated and served in a matter of minutes. The wings literally flew out of the kitchen 5 minutes from ordering. And they were GOOD. Fresh, hot, and actually spicy. Suicide wasn't quite as hot as I was used to but after a few it did eventually satisfy my firetooth.
The service was high class as well, refilling drinks without being asked and clearing the tables as soon as we were done with the plates. Well deserving of a 20% tip.
Flyers does take a bit of tolerating to get to its heart. It has a shabby exterior and not so inviting location. But if you can looked past this, you will find a wonderful restaurant and with great character and amazing staff. And the great specials are just the cherry on top. Happy.
But the fries were...
