Zaxby's is well-known for its mouth-watering chicken dishes, but their salads, or "Zalads" as they call them, are a standout feature on the menu. These salads are not your typical fast-food fare; they are hearty, fresh, and flavorful, making them a great option for a quick yet nutritious meal.
One of the most popular options is the Zaxby's Cobb Zalad. It comes loaded with hand-breaded chicken tenders, hard-boiled eggs, crispy bacon, and shredded cheese on a bed of fresh greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The combination of ingredients provides a satisfying crunch and a mix of flavors that are well-balanced.
The House Zalad is another favorite, available with either grilled or fried chicken. This salad includes mixed greens, red cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, cheddar and Jack cheese, and fried onions. The fried onions add a delightful texture and a hint of sweetness that complements the savory chicken perfectly.
For those seeking something a bit more adventurous, the Southwest Zalad is an excellent choice. It features mixed greens topped with fire-roasted corn, black beans, and tortilla strips, along with a generous portion of grilled chicken. The spicy Southwest ranch dressing ties everything together with a kick of flavor.
Zaxby's ensures that their salads are made with fresh ingredients, and the quality is evident in every bite. Each Zalad is generously portioned, making it a filling meal that doesn't compromise on taste or nutrition. Whether you're a regular at Zaxby's or trying it for the first time, their salads are a testament to the fact that fast food can be both delicious and...
Read moreI usually enjoy the food and service I receive at zaxbys, however this experience was really bad. It took forever to order our meal and the soda machine was out. When we brought it to the attention of the assistant manager who btw was the same person that took forever to take our order, she came out checked it didn't say a word about it to us. So we went and sat while we waited for our order to come out. Our order came out but still NOOOOO soda machine. I went back up to ask the same assistant manager if she would at least give us our drinks from the machine behind the counter. I waited and stood there waiting to be acknowledged by her while she fumbled with boxes of dessert, sauces? Idk.... but not with customers. I stood and waited and waited, finally my daughter had to interrupt her and ask for drinks from behind the counter. Something that should've just been common sense to offer us, knowing we had ordered drinks since she's the one that took our order and she's the one we complained to about the soda machine not working!!!!! I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt but it was evident that this assistant manager needed to go back and maybe take refresher course on managerial skills!! I will absolutely not be back to this location. And just to be clear, this was not a bad lunch rush or anything of that sort. When we walked in there were two people that had just received their order, so it wasn't like the place was packed and they were...
Read moreWent to W Colonial On 3/18 around 830-9 to pick up an Uber eats order. There was a long line in drivethru so I went to the door. There's a sign that says ring doorbell for Uber eats, door dash, etc driver service. I ran the door bell twice over the course of 10 minutes. No one answered so I spoke with the employee taking orders outside. I expressed that I was standing outside for 10 minutes. I could see the employees inside and they could see me. I could also see one taking a break at the booth right by the window. He saw me also. I told the employee outside that I rang the bell twice and had been waiting outside for 10 minutes. She stated the doorbell doesn't work. Then she took her phone out to call someone inside and tell them I was here. Another uber driver showed up as we continued to stand outside. Another few minutes when by and she knocked on the window to get the employee taking a break to open the door. When he opened the door we both walked inside to talk to someone about picking up an order. Expressed that I didn't want to wait in a order bc it costs me money to wait. The staff inside said the lobby was closed and told me to leave and go through the drive thru. Their tone was rude and they were ignoring me about picking up food when multiple orders were ready for delivery drivers. Very unprofessional about assisting customers. Will never pickup or eat...
