I really wanted to be able to give this place more stars but unfortunately I couldn't. We celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday here yesterday (7-6-25) and with the kids being so young, at least I can say they enjoyed themselves because they are young kids. However, everything to getting her party together was such a bad experience. The communication is sooo POOR. I first called a couple times asking about them doing a balloon arch. The person who answered said yes they could do that, no charge was given. Then any other questions I had she said she was not sure and it was the manager Marcus who handled it. I emailed him several occasions and never received a response. I figured maybe it was because it was still 3 weeks away that he was not answering. Then as it got closer I sent a comment on the Facebook post trying to inquire how I reach them about the details for her party because we wanted colors to be a certain way, wanted to see what their backdrop we chose looked like, etc. Finally received a response and was in communication with Marcus (1.5 week away from party). I ended purchasing a back drop ourselves to make sure it was what we wanted and he was nice enough to purchase the matching plates/cups package for it. I inquired about the balloon arch, high chair for the toddlers, etc and they said we have you covered; would just need to purchase our own arch and balloons of course. I said no problem. I would even bring them a day before her party to make sure they had time to do it. We are in Davenport so it's not a quick drive. We bring it the Saturday before and I speak with the girl host over the party. She accepts the balloons and arch, I send her a picture and she says no problem. She said she would be point of contact for party. By 7pm that night she is messaging me about which plates/ cups I wanted and that my party package does not include a balloon arch so for them to do it, they would need 113 dollars. The communication was clearly missing because they had supposedly bought the plates/cups for her party awhile ago and as many times as I been asking about this arch it was never brought up. Now here we are 7pm the night before and they are not doing it unless we pay an additional 113. To pay thay i matters well up the party package because its only 100 more and would include more than 1 pizza. The website does not show any additional pricing for arches or anything. We now have to come early to do the arch ourselves. We didn't mind doing our arch however we could have done it at home and not have to drag our kids early to the place and set up in their hot storage room putting it together. We get there at 12pm doing it ourselves and when it was time to set up for our party, we did most of the set up. The girl host was helpful but the boy assistant had to be new or have no clue about setting up a party. I am asking for everything that was previously spoke of. When I asked where the high chair was he brought a bar stool. Thankfully they had it elsewhere and finally brought it in. We finally finished setting up by 218pm. Our party started at 2pm. Then the icing on the cake is that our "party package " included 1 large pizza and juice/water for the kids. We did not receive that pizza until 330pm. It was a good thing I did bring extra food, which was meant to be for the adults, because our kids wouldnt have eaten. Had to keep asking a status on the pizza and let me reiterate, it did not arrive until 330pm. By 356pm the boy host is coming in there telling us our party end time had ended. Basically our kids would have only had 26 minutes to eat and get out if it weren't. And no the manager Marcus never showed, never spoke again , or anything prior to 1.5 weeks before the party. From the reviews I expected to see hosts in reclined chairs on their phones and it to not be the coolest of places with their need of a new AC unit, but the birthday reviews seemed to be good so I figured at least this must be good. Unfortunately it wasn't. I think the pictures they display from birthdays are...
Read moreI really wanted to give Lollipops 5 stars. I really did. We scheduled a birthday party for the kiddo few weeks earlier. When we went in the temperature wasn't hot but bearable. They had no central AC working but had portable fans and AC. We asked if the AC would be working for the party they said it should be but if not, the party room has a portable AC in it and it would be cold. We checked out the room and it was colder than the rest of the place. We decided to move forward with the party. The day of the party. We arrived to set up the food in the party room because Lollipops already had the decorations set up in it. It was nice no complaints about the decorations. The complaint was that the party was hot. They had the portable AC and a stand up fan on but you can tell that they forgot to turn it on and turned it on 30 minutes to 45 minutes prior beforehand, if that. Now the area outside the party room and the party room was hot. We set up food and it got even hotter. Due to body heat and opening and closing the door to set things and trying to stop the kids from peeking in....forget about it. I talked to the staff and they said someone forgot to turn on the AC in the party room that's why the temperature wasn't cold. As the day we decided to book the party. I even went to ask if we could get another fan put in the room, they were reluctant at first. I kept asking and they did. They pointed out one and i carried it to the room but it didnt help at all. The kiddo's had a blast but you can tell the heat was bothersome for the adults. Overall the experience was good but we paid over $325 to sweat🥵. Could have done that for free outside in this FLA heat. I don't know if we will throw another party there but I would think about taking the kiddo there to play, with the AC working, of course. After reading some comments from 3 months ago seeing complaints about no AC. I feel bamboozled. When we asked about the AC the day of booking. They said it went down and it should be fixed. They made it seemed like it went down recently not three months or more ago🤦🏿♂️ Honesty would've help us make a better decision but next time I will do my part and thoroughly read...

First, it is HOT, NO AIRCONDITION. There are air coolers but its NOT ENOUGH.
Second, its dirty and UNORGANIZED.. the staff doesn’t care.. other indoor playground, the staffs are picking up the toys to return in their places and don’t let the floor look like this mess, not like this.. toys are all messed up! I understand that kids will play and leave a mess but staffs should be there to keep it neat for other customers as well! Most of the balls in the ballpit are squeezed or halved. Never seen a staff wipe or disinfect surfaces.
Third, one of the 2 women in the front cashier is rude (the older one) When we arrived, there’s a look in her face that seems like she’s not happy that there are customers coming in! I don’t know if its her normal face but She’s literally frowning. I read some reviews here about it but I experienced it myself. Very poor customer service.
On the other hand, we liked that there is a toddler area on the side that specifically for below 18 months. And there are ample seats for waiting adults.
They gave me a promo card, which is if you play 10x, you’ll get free one.. but upon our experience today, we are not...
