Subway — Restaurant in Ocoee

Some nights I'm lucky and I get good service. 1# I asked for a sweet onion chicken sandwich, well when we get to the tops part of ordering she tells me they're out of sweet onion sauce. You would think to tell the customer that before making the sandwich so they can decide what to do. 2# I came to this location mulitple times about 920 on a Thursday night after class like I normally do, and they were closed. Personally I've noticed they're making less and less bread for the evening. If it's an excuse to get to go home early, then what a shame. 3# the soda machine is off, like it hasn't been cleaned. Taste weird, so I don't but...

Subway has become the 'new McDonald's' to be teated like garbage. Nowdays you go into a Subway to wait 30 mins to get served with the worst attitude from the person making your sandwich. She literally told me "You want me to do all that? I am not required to do that" after I asked if she could take some of the insides of the bread out. Which mind you I always ask for...The 3 people before me all left upset for different reasons and 1 even left a full served order behind because of her attitude. Went in to order a sub. The lady behind the counter was talking to her coworker and then without making eye contact, asked me a question. I said "excuse me" in a polite manner. She repeated "what sandwich am I starting for you?" in a nasty tone and she scoffed at me.

I told her I wanted a ham and extra American. She replied in a super nasty tone "we don't do that anymore. We only have these up here"

I just left and went across the street to Firehouse Subs. Super nasty attitude. She's going to end up talking like that to the wrong person and get slapped. Don't ever come here. I was nothing...
