Burger King — Restaurant in Ocoee

I noticed there are allot of bad reviews for this location years ago. But I think they change management and I had great experiences with the new crew here. Everyone should come back and give them a try. Let’s give yourself a chance to have another great place to visit and give them a chance to serve you to prove with their hard work and effort. There is more laughter here than my own home.

Manager Jessica, chef Jason, and Antwone is very kind generous understanding and respectful! Excellent customer services! They go out of their ways to helped you more than you know it! The food is very affordable! They always keep the place clean. And they always have great guest services. They bring your food out and not just stand there calling for you to come pick up. They always ask you if you need anything else. They treat you like in a 5 stars restaurant. They make you feel like the king and queens! They always offer you a crown!

Allot of complaints about wait time, but normal fresh food takes time to cook. When you get food fast then you complaint about the quality being stale or burned. In order to serve you faster, they had to precook in bundle that affects quality.

The reason why I always hang out here, rather than stay home to deal with all the family drama where they accused you for anything. And having camera in your home just to surveillance you liked a prison Anne give you no access to the camera. Everyone else don’t live in the house also have access and they abused it only use for their own benefit. They even put camera in my bedroom for a long time in the past without me knowing. And the nephew assaulted me they said he has the right and said I have no right to restrict anyone, and don’t even have the right to sell. After the nephew attempted to hurt me again and got injunction. The brother try to steal my phone because he’s the account holder of the family plan so he claimed my phone is his. He called the cops, canceled my service and report my phone stolen. Then the coown sister called the cops lying about losing important document in her room and loss of the camera. Then the police got manipulated into criticizing me like a criminal that I expect them to buy me out half of the house that I spent no money on? But they also did not even spent any money on either. And the cops told me they are trying to live in my house, if I don’t want to live here, I should just leave? And I have no right to sell the house that I’m entitled? What is the law anyways??? The way the cop name G Connor criticized me was like I don’t have the right to try to live my life in my own home, only the others because they have more people to gang up on me. He said it like I’m the one causing problems for them because I don’t want to live in my own home. But he never think how much drama they put on me that makes me can’t live in my own home anymore. Because all 7 older siblings gang up on me calling me gangster when I called the cops when the nephew assaulted me. And they all said I have no right to restrict anyone, even when I was traumatized by the assault. They all think they have the right in my house and said I don’t even have the right to sell because the coown sister is on their side defending the nephew and kept inviting him back. The mother of the nephew also turn our living room into her b home business office. So there is no space or privacy in the house. Not peaceful. Not to mention other members who does not live In this this house also claimed they have the rights in the house and they expect to sell and split into 8 when I threatened to sell if they let the nephew stays. And they chose the nephew over the house and dared me to even try to do anything at all. But when I asked the law to intervene,they continue blame me for not solving as family,since I chose to resort to law they will do the same as strangers. They never admit that they the ones who made all choices. They know I’m tight on money to afford lawyer,they kept press on it

So, these people here are not families but they treat each other better than...

This afternoon I used the drive through option to order my food. I was excited to redeem my coupon for 2whoppers, 2large fries and 2large drinks. I made my order for five whoppers meal combinations from the BK worker. I wasn’t aware that I needed to let him know first hand that I had tp let them know I’m using the coupon before making my orders. He sounded rude and upset about it. I apologized to him that it was my mistake that I didn’t know to let them know first before making my orders and next time I will let them know if I have a coupon prior. He let his manager know about the mistake. When I pulled around to pay for my orders, the BK restaurant manager was very rude, her tone was unkind and there was no sympathy from her. It was an innocent mistake on my part but she didn’t need to have a rude tone towards me. She could’ve kindly asked me for next time. I was not impressed with the customer service. I didn’t want any conflicts and argued with the manager so I kept calm. I got my food and left. She didn’t show any positive personality or even say have a nice day. She just walked away. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name or saw her name tag on her BK uniform. I was very disappointed by her poor service especially as manager role. Maybe she had a bad day at work, or bad day before her shift started but for whatever reasons I didn’t understand why she had to be rude and mean to me for a simple mistake (customer service) She shouldn’t need to carry that out to the customers.

When I got the food, my food and fries weren’t even hot. It seem like the food had been sitting in the warmer for a while.

What happened to this location BK restaurant customer service. Something needs to change...

Looks like walk in with seating is closed, last 2 times many months apart drive in only. They said staffing problem.Today we pulled into drive thru 2 cars ahead we waited a while then car moved next car went to order speaker and he sat maybe 7 minutes he ordered then pulled ahead we pulled up to to the order speaker the order taker said please one minute. A big Whole bunch of minutes go by then we order because you can't pull away because there is 2 cars behind us and there is a garden and forest to the right. We come around building and there's the two cars ahead of us STILL! in line .after a while we pull up to window. And get order we asked for Whoppers , hot and crispy fries and I said we don't mind them putting fries back in oil to warm up because they will be crispy then. He said new fries are cooking. And I said it's ok to put what's left over reheated Hot and Crispy. We got order, nearly warm fries. Got his attention gave him fries and asked to please put back in oil to reheat and make them crispy .Got new fries barely warm gave them back said please reheat in oil want "hot and crispy" Waited a minute then just drove off minus fries .We got there 4:50 pm drove off 5:25 .WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!. If I could give you A MINUS 2 stars I would.That was Ridiculous.we we're trapped in line .I asked the cashier was he the only employee because it took so long for everybody to get there orders he said I'm not alone, I then noticed 4 other employees It was raining hard at the time and a squirrel was trying to stay dry next to...
