Whoever was working drive-through from the hours of 7 PM to 720 on Wednesday August 13th had terrible customer service experience, seem like the gentleman never worked in a customer service industry before ever in that person‘s life perhaps management should put a better customer service representative for Taco Bell. In place of drive-through I placed an order online through the app and received a first time incentive for a free complementary food item so I took advantage and I placed my order. I also added an additional burrito ending my total at about two dollars my payment went through on my end I went to the drive-through to pick it up, which I selected drive-through pick up on the app and for some reason there was a miscommunication between the app and that Taco Bell off of West colonial and Ocoee it’s right across from the good home Plaza in the shopping center where McDonald’s storage and Aldi is. I’m just extremely disappointed because I do enjoy a nice burrito on occasion however, this person did not seem to know the definition of actual customer service. I’ve worked in customer service personally for the past 20 years and this gentleman who was handling the drive-through had the audacity to tell me that I was not trying to resolve the issue however, I stated I am trying to resolve the issue if you would actually listen to me because he then said I mumbled when I was clearly speaking, slow and loud as possible for the incoherent drive-through worker to hear me and I asked that since I had already paid through the app for whatever the miscommunication is from the app to the store was not my error. It’s Taco Bell‘s error so instead of doing the correct Customer Service thing to make the order right he could’ve easily just replace the order and pay the difference which was two dollars I could order $40 worth of tacos if I wanted to I was not that hungry. I just wanted a little snack and he had the nerve to tell me that I was not trying to resolve the issue when in fact I was trying to resolve the issue. It’s his problem that he’s incoherent and does not know how Customer Service works so please Taco Bell hire a new person who understands true...
Read moreThis is the worst TacoBell ever. They literally need to fire every employee and start over. Especially the manager who seems to always be sitting in the back doing who knows what. My last visit (07/02/24) I was told the drive through was closed and I needed to come inside. Not a big deal, however, the kiosk wouldn't allow me to substitute an item on the menu, so I called for help.
I was completely ignored even though there was no customers in the store. I could see the manager at her desk and tried to get her attention. She clearly saw me requesting help. Shr looked right into my eyes. Instead of helping she got out of her chair, put gloves on and started to prep something on the other side of the kitchen you can't see from the register. I politely called out a couple more times, but was still ignored.
I lthen heard one of the employees start taking an order from someone in the drive through.
Finally a young lady with orange hair came over to help me. I asked why I was told the drive through was closed when I came through and she said it was because her manager was sitting down. The same manager that saw me in need and completely ignore me.
I tried telling the young employee what I needed and she seemed sooo very confused, so I said forget it and left the store without any food.
I go to this TB at least twice a week. The past few months the quality of food and service has taken a plunge. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location again. I rather drive 20 minutes out of thr way to to find a store that has a manager and employees who care about providing great customer service, as well as consistency and quality of the food that comes out of...
Read moreI love Taco Bell, tasty food at a value price. Never had a bad experience until today. I’m not one to really complain but I placed my order at the speaker and as I was pulling to the window I saw a sign promoting their Cinnabon delights. At the window I asked to add it to my order before I paid. The girl told me they can’t take orders at the window. I understand if I was changing my order or if they were in the middle of a rush, but there were only 2 cars. She said I had to driver around.. -__- I’ve never heard of that at other Taco Bells but I drove around to add to my order. 1 car just finished placing an order when I get to the speaker and I asked to add the Cinnabon delights. The girl tells me they are out of them. That got me upset, she should’ve spoke up when I was at the window prior. I pull back up to the window ready to pay for my order and the girl is looking at me confused like she didn’t just see me 2 minutes ago. I told her I wanted to pay for my food and she wasn’t responsive. I asked for the manager and she tried to tell me that their fryer was down. (She knew who I was). Smitty approached the window and asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he understood how I felt. Smitty told me to pull around and he would take care of it. He came out with my order and apologized. Explained that it’s a Taco Bell policy per management discretion when it comes to orders at the window. And that he would refresh the employee to prevent future misunderstandings. Smitty took care of me and went beyond to make sure the situation was handled. I appreciate and acknowledge that level of engagement and customer...
