The guy with freckles that works the drive thru doesn't belong ANYWHERE near customers with his attitude and his "yea" "yea" "what" responses. It was obvious he was irritated and didn't want to be there. Where do I start?
Ordered the 4 piece fried chicken combo and could barely hear the guy through the speaker. I repeated my order so they wouldn't mess it up and he answers with "yea" "what". I should have left there but I had a craving for KFC so I stuck it out. The amount of time I waited, 15 min, seemed like I ordered a big feast. Drive thru is VERY SLOW.
So after 15 min, I get my order and I check because who haven't got wrong orders before right? I only get 3 pieces and no biscuit. I wait to get his attention and he finally comes after a min or so. He then responds with "what". I get that you might have a bad day or whatever problems you're through but don't release it on the customers that are there to give you business. It seems like the managers or the franchise owner don't care because with a 2.6 review, you would think they would train their employees a little better.
So I go home to eat the meal and go straight for the biscuit and it's still raw in the middle. Never again will I stop at this KFC because the employees are not trained properly to interact with customers and no-one should go through the horrible experience with employees anywhere...

When I went to get it replaced I saw that the inside was filthy, the workers were coming in and out a bunch to go smoke and when they would come in they didnāt wash their hands and go straight to handling food. I decided to just ask for my money back. While I was waiting for the manager I heard a baby crying in the back. One of the workers had an infant in the back somewhere.
Eventually the manager came and gave me my refund. I asked for a receipt. He said he canāt give it to me so I asked if I could take a picture of it. He looked at someone in the back and then said sure and held it up. After I took a picture he said āhave a nice lifeā before walking away.
Iāve never once in my life brought food back before this and havenāt since.
If you go through the drive thru and you want something like hot sauce or bbq sauce or anything similar make sure to get it before they have you pull forward. They only care about their times and need you to pull forward to stop the timer for the order and if you ask for it you likely wonāt get it.
