Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Odessa

Will NOT be back. Ordered 2 meals, ordered both meals with mashed potatoes. 1 of the mashed potatoes was missing, she tells me its not her fault shes not the 1 who packed my food as if that matters! Just give me the food I paid for, who even cares whos fault! If you wanna get down to it she took my order and my money so she should have checked my meal before giving it to me and I wouldnt be writing this. I ordered spicy tenders, they gave me regular. I asked for 2 drum sticks they agreed then gave me mixed pieces, one of the pieces of chicken was smaller than the inside of the small mashed potato cup. I ordered 1 regular and 1 diet coke they gave both regular. The kids who work here simply dont give a f that people spend their hard earned money on an over priced meal and then most of the order is wrong! This was the biggest waste of money. Im so disappointed but theres other church's with better staff so I wont come back...

I try to give the W. County location the benefit of the doubt, but they never fail to let me down. Showed up to pick up my online order, it shows it should've been ready, the entire kitchen just looked at me and the lady said "it'll be a little bit can you pull up" I asked her how long and she said 7 minutes. I parked. Then she came out and said they have no spicy chicken. Not only were they not in the middle of making what I ordered 30 minutes prior, but they did not have the chicken to make it, she informed me that they failed to marinate the spicy chicken the day before, one of their most preferred flavors mind you. To top it off they had terrible attitudes and were acting ugly with my wife. I'd give this place negative 5 stars if I could, management must be horrendous for this to happen continually....

If I could rate it any lower I would. Normally we have at least mediocre service here but our most recent visit had cemented why we will never give this location our money again. We ordered a rather large meal and literally everything was crushed. Pies, chicken, biscuits, sides all crushed. They put biscuits in with the chicken so instead of having biscuits we had mush covered chicken. It is like they smashed it or sat on it before handing it off to us it was just ridiculous. I made multiple attempts to contact the location to discuss a replacement meal or refund but nobody ever answers the phone. I called corporate to try to find some sort of solution but they were having a hard time helping me since surprise surprise they never even gave us a receipt. Don't bother with this place unless you...
