Never ever come here!!! First of all the molcajete literally made me throw up first bite and I had to send it back. After we asked for the check, everything was good until I noticed the waitress still charged me for it. I asked her if she can remove it and she said no bc I shouldnt have ordered it then. Like WHAT?! Then the "manager" came up with his little sassy self and started putting his hands on me (that's assault) bc I questioned why I was also being charged gratuity when it was only me and 2 other friends, I thought that was for groups of 6 or more or in the state of Texas it must be disclosed in writing with signage on the menu or somewhere in the establishment which it was not. Instead, his answer was bc that's HIS rule as he proceeded to try to snatch my card from my hand as I was trying to get security. I'm appalled. First time trying out and wouldn’t recommend! Had full staff, several ladies about 8, a food runner, and a young man. Service was really bad since the restaurant wasn’t very busy and took a really long time to take our order and through our time. The ribeye nachos and Molecajete weren’t any good and made me sick. When time to pay, I was charged then given the receipt afterwards. Didn’t know I was charged “gratuity 20%” till after I paid and being asked if I’ll like to tip. Was only my friend and I.

The place has mainly high table seatings and some booths that were closed and seemed like for special events like bottle service. Parking was also not very easy being very small in case of a group. They were playing a game and was hard to talk with my friend.

Good food but watch out for the bill….. I left no tip due to gratuity added that seemed fair. Server explained that regardless of party size, gratuity is added because it was a big bill. Honestly would have left more because service and food were good. I took a picture of my signed receipt as I intended to prove my theory correct. I had been there before and knew that they added money to tips without my consent…..And sure enough my debit card had an additional $20 charge.
