Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Odessa

If you are a door dash driver or just anyone in general do not ever order here! These kids straight scammed us. Charged $21.49 before tax for a $20 family meal. When i asked what happened luis H said it was because i asked for 2 of the pieces spicy.... thats now how it works.. Also upcharged $.50 for this dry mac and cheese that was only filled 1/2 way. If my door dash driver pulled up with this hot mess i would have thought it was my driver and probably shorted the tip.... These kids should be fired! 100% DON'T go here for food. And he stole $2 of my change.

I counted it when i got home. He rolled it all up so it felt like $4. I shoved it straight into my purse and didnt think twice until seeing this straight disappointing meal I purchased for my kids, i decided to check it. Theives. Literally! Get a burger or something next time you think about going here. Dont punish your door dash drivers for their employees that are clearly scamming people... i seriously feel sorry for any drivers whos pay was hurt by taking orders from...

Visited today when I arrived there was only 1 car I ordered in the drive through and was told to pull around to the front @5:41, ordered a 12 piece tender meal with mashed potatoes, fries and 6 biscuits and added a large okra, cats started coming and I'm still waiting received food @6:20 only to discover a regular fry (cold) no okra and 5 biscuits that were not cooked fully went to window and asked about okra and why I had a regular fry manager told me that's how the large come and I had to wait on okra so I go back to car and wait at 6:39 I received okra that looked like it has been refried 3x's as I'm at the window about the okra another customer was also complaining about how nasty it was inside and manager took off to the back. This is the worst experience I have ever had at churches on Dixie in Odessa. All food went to garbage so a waste of my money all of it was cold, hard, and nasty. They have poor customer service! It took such a long time to place an order (no one was ahead of me) and was completely ignored from the moment I walked up. After a long time of standing at the window, the manager walked over to the window where I was standing (I thought she was surely walking my way to take my order) but instead, she decided to stand in front of the window with her back to me and carry on with a call on her cell phone. After several minutes, she finally decided to end her call and take my order, but did not acknowledge me at all prior to that. When I finally received my order, I received the wrong side and had to wait in line again (about another 10 minutes). The chicken I received was very dry and some of the pieces they gave me were way too small to even be considered a piece. I do not recommend...
