El Taco Loco Birrieria — Restaurant in Odessa

The birria tacos were EXQUISITE! They were so flavorful and smelled so delicious. 🤤 Let's not forget to mention how full of meat and big they were . Plus, the consome was perfect (not too salty nor bland ) . They also serve them with a great portion of Cilantro, Onion, limes, spicy jalapeño (Chile torreado) and delicious salsa (unlike other places) 😁 I also ordered some tacos of pastor and quesadilla ; very flavorful as well and the tacos might be a bit on the small side but they will get you full easily lol . I just moved here . I travel quite a bit from the west to east of the USA and pretty much all of Texas but this is by far the best Birria Tacos I have ate . Plus , they are very fast, friendly, and good price ! I messed up my order and they were so kind to help me adjust it . Being from out of town and passing through, I asked one of the employees where I was training, where can I get good food, they recommended this place. So I set my GPS and went off. I'll my GPS say you arrived at your location, I didn't see a building, so I kept driving for a few blocks, I decided to turn back and behold it was a food truck, got off I ask the person in the food truck, what he recommended he said the birria tacos with cheese. Not being much of a birreria taco fan I said OK. The gentleman at the taco truck was very friendly and gave great customer service. I got to my hotel room open the box great presentation and great portion, when I took a bite of my taco, wow, all I can say delicious the flavor was just incredible, very unique, next time I am in town I will head back to this place. I love the taste of their food. Ordered pickup through DoorDash since nobody answered the phone. Got my order wrong instead of extra crispy like we ordered. We got soft tacos. But also did not have enough meat had mostly cheese…. They did fix the problem by making our order correctly.
