If this is your first pregnancy GO SOME WHERE ELSE. I had came for my 2nd prenatal appointment and they ALMOST GAVE ME A DEPO SHOT. They said my pregnancy wasn’t measured in my first appointment. (It wasn’t because the dr didn’t want to find the vaginal probe tool.) just LAZY. And that ny pregnancy wasn’t even in the system! It looked as if I was NEVER a patient, all my labs results where “lost.” And had to be reordered. I sat in the office OVER AN HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT TIME. And by the time I was leaving the office was closed. I had multiple dr and nurses interrupt my appointment while I was having a vaginal exam, and trying to talk to my dr, my dr actually answered her PERSONAL phone while in my appointment, that was dr Alice fa. THE FIRST DR DIDNT EVEN CARE TO LOOK AT ME AND WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS SHED DISMISS ME AS IF I was CRAZY.not only that, but my last appointment every time I asked a question it was answered by “are you done.” Like I know it was the end of the day, BUT THIER OFFICE WAS AN HOUR LATE, they where closed but seen me a hour late! No drs care in this facility AT ALL. And if your pregnant with a mental illness DONT EVEN MENTIONED THE ILLNESS. They’ll sit there and focus on your mental illness before your actual pregnancy! The drs threaten me saying I need to see a therapist or psychologist or they’d have to report me to cps. ??? I haven’t been on bipolar depression meds EVER IN MY LIFE. And I’ve gotten more control over my illness than most adults that are on meds! This place will belittle you and make you feel more confused and nervous more than ever. They don’t do family planning AT ALL, and I’ve asked questions about labor and was given the answer “worry about that when...
Read moreIf I could give no stars, I would... there's nothing but incompetent people here. Since the day I started coming here, the doctors belittled my mental health conditions, saying that there must be some other reason that I'm feeling depressed and to try to work through it. After finally getting medication, It was a constant fight to get refills. I would put in a request for refills, and the pharmacy would be ignored for over a week before getting word if they would refill it or not. I was running out of medications that cause damage when you suddenly stop taking them, and the doctors didn't care. Not only that, but they would always send me to different doctors who couldn't agree on medications and would cut them off and switch them around. One doctor prescribed an antiviral medication to me for a viral condition that I will have for the rest of my life. Another doctor cut it off because he tried to argue that it was bacterial, and so I suffered from viral flare ups after running out of my medication. They showed that their "professionals" don't even know the difference between antivirals and antibacterial medications. And now that I am seeing a new doctor, the records department is trying to tell me that they're not going to release my own medical records to me after they failed to send my complete records to my current doctor. These people don't care about the health of their patients, they just want money. If you need someone who actually wants to help you, please go literally...
Read moreI attended this hospital/clinic from the beginning of my pregnancy til the end. Dr. Flores as my ob through pregnancy. I had explain many times of many different problems. (Hip pain, headaches, extreme fatigue, etc.) every time it was brushed off, and I was told All normal things of pregnancy. Dr. Flores, would always try and speak to me about my bipolar depression disorder. And suggested I start taking meds, and see a psychologist. I had told her previously and many times in moment I have never been medically treated for my bipolar depression, but I will look into a counselor. (As I did.) She always seems more concerned on my mental status that my pregnancy.
I also attend this hospital/ clinic for my postpartum care. I delivered my sim via c-section. I’m august of 2022. After wards I came here, and my 1st postpartum visit, I had told dr. Nieto I wasn’t feeling well: was bleeding VERY heavy, and passing some Clot like substance. Dr. Nieto assured me it was normal, and I just underwent a very serious surgery. And it will Take my body time to adjust. I listened and proceeded with my day to day life. Not once did dr. Nieto do a pelvic exam, not further testing. As a result; I ended up having a d&c 6 and a half weeks postpartum due to having MEMBRANES, and left over substances in my uterus after delivery. This causes me an infection; and pain. This dr. Negligence.almost cost me my life. If I had listened to her, I wouldn’t be here today.
