Elva's Taco Casa — Restaurant in Odessa

This is great for what it is. The very tiny very old 20 seat dining room. But you probably want to carry out. My first trip here and I had the asada burrito and bean and cheese nacho. These nachos aren't your big ass plate of Chili's slop. It is just one tostada with beans and cheese and their homemade salsa that you put on yourself. Very cheap. Very tasty. Very local. I highly recommend it. Bring cash because you're probably going to want to order something else and they only take charge...

Chile verde is on point! chicken tacos wow! Tostadas man!! Authentic Mexican food from a little hole in the wall. Thats the way its suppost to be. I truly believe if people in the restaurant business want to stay in demand they have to stick to the original old school recipes and the way their food is prepared has to be done the way it was when they were taught. This place definitely does both. Handmade tortillas no shortcuts....

09/28/21 Tried this place for the first time with my husband and we will definitely be coming back. By other google recommendations I tried the meat taco and meat quesadilla. My husband tried the chicken burrito and combo burrito. Every thing was good but we would recommend the meat quesadilla and chicken burrito.
