UPDATE-
THEY CLOSE EARLY. RUSHED TO MAKE IT AFTER MY HUSBAND WORKED LATE AND I MADE IT BEFORE THEY CLOSED. THE DRIVE THRU WAS BLOCKED OFF AND I WENT UP TO THE DOOR BEFORE 8:05 AND THE THREE EMPLOYEES IN THERE TONIGHT ON 1/27/25 LOOKED AT ME AND LAUGHED AND WOULDN’T LET ME IN TO GRAB A TEA. Then they turned all of the lights off as if they weren’t there.
Someone else pulled up after me.
UPDATE YOUR HOURS OR HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT FOLLOW THEM.

Used to come here almost daily when I moved to Odessa. I haven’t been in a few months and I came again today. Drive through times are still slow (I did not visit during happy hour) and I asked how many ounces certain sizes were and they kept passing the headset around to whoever had the answer. They had no half gallons or drink carriers. The staff is usually friendly but it’s frustrating every time I order a horchata or a coffee based drink, it never is consistent and no one knows how to make them according to the recipe. I used to get the horchatas frequently and then they started tasting different, I inquired and they were like oh that one doesn’t have coffee. Well I asked the first time I got it and they said it did. I always ask for light ice and they still put too much. They have a points program and sometimes they will give you free stickers if you ask. One time I went inside and they told me they couldn’t make me a mixed gallon because they were short staffed. If I recall correctly I was the only customer inside. That pissed me off and was one of my last straws. Anyways, I decided to come again today and my husband said the macchiato tasted like garbage. It will be awhile before I come back, and I would recommend you stay away from anything coffee “like” from here. Oh, and, I told them I wanted a large for the macchiato and they said it only comes in one size. I told her it says small med or large on the menu. FIX YOUR MENU AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Read moreYesterday around 6 PM, I visited your store. Due to the busy drive-thru, I went inside and ordered two mini-gallons of watermelon tea. After a lengthy wait that delayed my schedule. I was taking one to AZ on Sunday. I received my teas, grabbed them, and left. That evening, I poured half of one into a glass and realized it was the wrong tea. It was just plain sweet tea.
The next day, I returned to the store, expecting a straightforward resolution as a long-time customer who consistently orders watermelon tea. When asked for a receipt, which I did not have, the manager, Lorraine Cobos (GM09), informed me it couldn't be their mistake because everything is labeled. She requested the last four digits of my credit card, and I provided them. She then claimed that my last visit was in March, despite my visit the previous day. I showed her my bank statement to prove otherwise. Which she saw and then scoffed at.
Despite all of this, she refused to replace my tea and berated me in front of her staff, using me as a learning opportunity by saying it was my responsibility to check if I received the correct tea and that’s why they label them like they do. I know what I ordered. I only ever order watermelon tea.
You have a great product and concept, and I am confident in your success. However, I strongly recommend reviewing the customer service skills of your general managers. Read moreI just had the worst experience at this place yesterday. I went to the drive thru and ordered two iced coffee. For some reason they always taste different so I don’t they don’t follow the recipe. I told kindly the guy that my coffee had no taste at all but just coffee and milk. Apparently the guy that made it came and was very rude and said that there was nothing wrong with the coffee and he was gonna try it. He came back again and said they had no time for that and they were closing. He gave me the worst attitude. I hate being rude to employees or costumers. On top of that he closed the window on my face while I was still taking. I’m not sure if he that on purpose but he didn’t close the drink right and it spilled all over my car. I came back to today to complain. The manager did not seem professional at all the only thing she said was “I’m sorry” and she had nothing else to say. I come very often to this place and it upsets me so much because after that I don’t think I’ll come back.
