Great Little Spot! It's Not Your Average Tex Mex Food. It's A More Deeper Mexico Taste and That's Good. I Ordered The Blackened Tilapia Fish Tacos 🌮 and My Wife Ordered The Red Cheese Enchiladas! Well I Ask For a Queso with Chorizo For an Appetizer, But What Came Out Was More Of a Melted Bowl Of Mozarella Cheese Not Really a Queso but Still Was Pretty Descent 👀😛. Now I Have The Strawberry LIME Agua Fresca 🍹 To Wash It Down, Which Was Very Good But For $5.00 The Beautiful Cup They Give You Needs To Be a Little Bigger. But Definitely Delicious 😋! The Plates Come Out, IM READY!! The Blackened Fish Looks Good, Three Large Tacos Topped With Avacado, Onion, In Some Kind Of Tasty Sauce!! Side of Rice and Beans! So of Course I Slather The Orange Salsa All Over It And Dig In! Great Seasoning On The Fish, Well Cooked, Toppings are Nice, Salsa is Great On the Tacos and Everything Blends In Really Well!! Great Taco!! Now My Wife's Ordered The Red Cheese Enchiladas and The Sauce Was a Little On The Sweeter Side, Texture Of The Tortillas Were a Little Soggy So The Enchiladas Not So Great But It Still Filled Her Up. Food's great. It's served on old school adobe plates, and care is put into its presentation. Little things like crumbled cheese on the beans with a chip sticking out, coffee on a small platter. We do see our food before we eat it, and if it looks good, it adds to the experience. Chile Verde was really good, and the menudo is fantastic. Not a huge place, but you can see the cook a few feet away on the other side of the bar giving it an old school diner feel. Prices are fair more than fair considering the quality of the food. Let me begin with the fact the display of the food is amazing. But I was not pleased with the tacos. It’s mostly tortilla and one small amount of meat. I wouldn’t get their birria tacos again. Super disappointed in them. I will say their taste was different in a good way. My brother had their Quesadilla de birria and he loved it. It had defiantly more meat than my tacos. I have also had their menudo before and it really delicious. Our server was super kind and friendly. I think her name was Cindy, great attitude! The atmosphere was very unwelcoming.
