I am filing a really rather petty complaint about orange juice.
I went into McDonalds this morning and purchased a large orange juice for the price of $2.80. It was rather a steep price for orange juice I thought but they're the seller and they get to determine these prices.
When i got my orange juice I happened to notice there was a good inch and a half left in my cup for more orange juice. I figured I paid a large price for it and as such I would like a fullfilling amount of orange juice.
I explained my predicamate to the cashier to the cashier who took my order and he explained that it was not in his power to fullfill my request and that he would have to beseach a higher authority.
Upon contacting the employee in managerial garb he explained the situation. I thought surely my request, though somewhat petty, would then be fullfilled.
The young woman who's authority had then been appealed too regarding this then went on to inform that due to the levels produced by the orange juice manifesting contraption there was simply not one possible way of doing this for me.
I then smiled at the girl and benignly let her know that I understood her predicament. What I got back from her was a look that told me in no uncertain terms that it was the fault of people like me who made her every day at work an abismal ordeal. This last part is truly the heart of my complaint.
Overall the resteraunt was clean and most of the staff were accomidating. Actually most of the time I find my visits to this McDonalds quiet pleasent. I will return in the future but I will never again order orange juice and also I will refrain from making any more completely...
Read moreWell this visit was just so so for me this time. Mid morning on a weekend. Long lines in the drive-thru. Slow moving. The speaker was screaming at me and the guy couldn't hear a word i said back to him so he yelled louder at me I can't believe he couldn't hear himself threw the window. Needless to say my order had to be repeated to the pay window and it still came out incorrect on the other end. After making another go at it I still drove away missing a few things. Didn't get my hashbrowns or juice. And my soda pop had hardly any ice. And thats my coffee. Nothing says wake to me better than a fresh ice cold bubbley soda pop. So I pulled out into traffic feeling pretty discouraged. But I will say this when I got to where I was going. The breakfast sandwiches I ordered were correct đ. They were hot still and so good. I kinda think that may have been the best tasting, well built Mcmuffins I have had in a long time! Would have been excellent with a hashbrown and orange juice. Well maybe next time. Over all that sandwich saved the rest of my day cause it was...

Our order was a little over $95 today for 6 meals. 6 meals would include 6 fries and we only got 5 fries. My niece tried to explain that she needed the 6th fry as was indicated on the receipt on her phone (she used the App to order), but instead a man at the counter grabbed her receipt and started yelling at her that the receipt only had five fries. âFive fries! Five fries!â He yelled at her before crumbling her paper receipt and throwing it away. Then, another male employee threw the rest of the order on the counter towards her. The two employees then proceeded to the side station where they were both indulging in a rude conversation in Spanish thinking that my niece could not understand. She came home extremely upset. I canât believe that two employees would make such a fuss over one order of fries from a $95 order. We will be taking our money elsewhere! Shame on those...
