Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Odessa

I called to cancel my order due to ordering at the wrong facility. After explaining the situation the young lady who answered the phone kept asking if I paid online. I stated yes. I could hear her talking and laughing, she then asked me several more times. I repeated yes. Finally on the 4th time I said you have asked me four times. I have already paid online. She then says hold on. Another lady gets on the phone and says did you pay online or not. I said excuse me? I have already paid online. She then says wait 5 days. I said ok what is your name in case it doesnt come back on my card. She then says i dont have to give you that. I said ok can I speak to a manager. She said i am the manager. I said ok, can I have your district managers name and number. She said we dont give that out and hung up. I called back and the first young lady answered and I asked for the corporate number. She said we dont have it because we are a franchise. I asked for the owners name and number then she hung up....

Ordered online and went to pick up my pizza, got home to realize the order was wrong. My son called to let them know that it was incorrect and they acted like it was a hassle to figure out what to do about it. The girl then tells my son on the phone that they will remake the pizza correctly and it'll be 15 minutes and to bring back the incorrect order. We waited and showed up 20 minutes after the phone call, to pick up the pizza, just to find out that they never made the pizza. I ask for the mgr, the shift lead comes to me and says, we've been so busy and short handed that we didn't make it. As a matter of fact, I had no idea that it needed to be remade. He then says, we'll remake it right now but it will be 20 more minutes. I don't know how you run a business without proper communication and this is not the first time they've incorrectly made my pizza. Obviously whoever is making the pizzas doesn't know how to read. Terrible service and I should've known better than to have gone back to...

If I could put 0 stars in would. I ordered at the store. I told the lady I wanted a pan pizza. I sat in the store waiting on my order and the guy making the pizzas, kept pulling his pants up and scratching and touching his hair, all while he was making pizzas with no gloves or washing his hands. Doing other things around the store with no hand washing. Then back to making pizzas. Needless to say when I got my order I got a thin crust, told the lady I ordered a pan crust. She stood her ground not making it rite for the customer. Had to buy another pizza with pan crust. So now I have two pizzas made by a guy that has no health code clue. So got home ate two pieces of the pan, tried the thin crust it was horrible. Neither one of the pizzas has much toppings on them. Ended up throwing both pizzas away and made everyone sick.
