My experience today and a few days ago is the most horrific I've had in Odessa. There is a lady with a glasses at the drive tru window who is extremely rude and displays it openly. A few days ago one of my co-worker told me about their salad, I went there told the young lady that was taking my order this was my first time here - placed my order for my salad and got to the drive tru. There the same lady with the glasses and hair pulled back - handed me my order and I told her I did not get any dressing. She was rude and said you didn't tell them you wanted any dressing - I explained to her that this was my first time here and I wasn't aware. I brushed it off thinking wow, that is how you treat paying customers.
Fast forward to today I placed my order and asked for extra veggies no chicken. Got up to the counter and I was handed my order and asked is this extra veggies. The lady with the glasses and pony tail became irate and started pretty much arguing with me - oh I told the person extra corn. I responded no, I said extra veggies. She became even more irate, walked off called a Mexican lady and I can hear her telling the lady I paid for extra corn (disregarding what I said to her) and now I'm upset. I was shocked and appalled because I was not upset, never raised my voice - I asked for what I paid for.
The Mexican lady who I assume heard what the lady said and came to the window and despite what I said never apologized for the lady being rude. The Mexican lady pretty much reiterated what the woman said . As I tried explaining the woman with the glasses was not privy to the conversation I had with he young man who placed my order hence she cannot make such states (I told the young man extra corn).
During that time the lady with the glasses was still fuming in the back. The Mexican lady never once apologized for the mix up, they acted like I was at fault - and proceeded to tell me that extra veggie means more corn???????
I am very disappointed with the level of customer service at this location especially the rude lady with the glasses and the supervisor for not even being a great supervisor. Instead she approached the window with her mind already made up and acted accordingly.
I do not know why this business have the lady with the glasses and ponytail working there with such a nasty attitude and lay of integrity. You do not lie on customers or get upset when their orders are wrong. It is your job ma'am to ensure that customers get what they paid for, and if there is any any any mistakes with orders you handle it in a professional manner.
I am disgusted by the level of service there and will not be returning due to the way I was treated today. One would think I am a violent person, rude, etc..... This level of service gets an F.
Shame on you lady with the glasses and the ponytail, this is the second time you displayed your lack of manners and customer service skills to me. The next time I am there I will be recording our interaction and pacing it on...

I was told from two top managers how to order my salad. (Only lettuce and the Chick-fil-A nuggets) every time I’m here I get a different story if it’s not those two managers here it’s a constant issue and it’s annoying at that I was told there was two different lettuces. I never knew there was two different lettuces. They gave me purple lettuce instead of regular lettuce. When I asked for them to fix the lettuce, a man told me let me see if the back can change it for you. He came up to the front and chose to give me a refund instead of correcting it. On top of that they gave my sister the wrong cheese on her sandwich and gave my mom a totally different meal then what she asked for on her recipe. There’s literally a couple beside me both eating salads and I can clearly see they have more lettuce than I do(also different race). I come to this location too often for it to be a problem every time these two managers are not here.If they’re unable to do it, I would rather want the blunt truth then them being lazy, and not wanting to do it. It’s Simple. Yes, I can clearly go home and buy me a thing of lettuce and just order their nuggets and take it home and make it myself but after a long day of work I would rather just come in order what I am wanting and eat it and go home and rest clearly, I still don’t understand but I see that’s what’s happening at this location. Read moreWow, so I originally took down my last review of this location because the owner called me personally and explained what happend. So months later I decided to give them another chance. It is now the 2nd worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a. I did a mobile order (ordered and paid in advance) for drive thru, waited around 30 min to get to the window. When I got to the window they asked for more money and said its not paid. I said it was s and showed my phone to the lady. She said it it didn't show up as paid so I didnt pay it. Repeated that I paid. She finds that I did pay. Okay no big deal. The wait now a little tiff on the payment, just let me get my food. I can hear that the order hasn't even been started and she is calling the order back to the kitchen. Are you kidding?! Hands me creamer and suger for iced coffee no straws no bag no drink carrier. So when my food is finally ready, another girl(I swear it's the one from last time) comes out through the window with a fist full free chick fil a coupons. Which I declined, I dont want free stuff, I just want my order and to know why. I just honestly dont understand why this just happens to me here at this location? I thought the owner was very sincere when he called but I think as a customer I just want to understand why they offer something that doesn't work? It just sucks, we drive out of our way to go to the 42nd location because they take care of our order and courteously explain what is going on so we can understand any delays.
