Texas Steak Express — Restaurant in Odessa

I ordered a simple hamburger and chips and a dinner salad at 1807 on September 5th 2018 and it is now 1931 on September 5th at 2018 and I still have no hamburger when I call the girl and ask her what the deal was she said well it should be on its way did not have a clue where it was or if it ain't been sent out yet this is ridiculous for $19 I would expect a little more I promise for the customer which is made don't think I will be ordering anything else from them again the stuff that I ordered on the 4th of September when I got it was ice cold I had to put it in the microwave turn it up this is ridiculous I spent $22 yesterday now spend another $19 today for cold really late food it took me an hour and 15 minutes to get my hamburger steak yesterday and as taking will be much longer it'll be an hour and 45 minutes to get a double meat hamburger and I thought McDonald's was bad. Update I called tonight September 6th at about 6:25 and asked for another order going to give them the benefit of the doubt and guess what in order to get a hamburger is going to take an hour and a half estimated delivery time really Domino's takes 30 45 minutes anyone looking to purchase from here should look at other where places this is ridiculous and trust me the food is not that great their pre-made hamburger patties that are grilled very big disappointment I will place this on Facebook in this area and we'll see how things go from there. If you order from here well then you'll see what I'm talking about this is ridiculous go somewhere...

Pick up when they are open and not busy. We had happily placed and order and waited at an HR and a half wait. This was a horrible experience and especially with giving an understanding of heavy traffic. We ordered our steaks medium rare and I cut into mine to fin it looking like it was barely seared and bleeding. The centers were cold and my unsweet tea was soured. Gross. My husband started the pan to cook our steaks while I called and they placed me on hold. Somehow I got hung up on when I was waiting. I called back and asked for a manager and before anything they cut me off and just placed me on hold. This lady finally spoke to me and said there is nothing they cnc do and a medium rare steak is supposed to be cold. She even said there was nothing she could do and that she could give a discount for a future order. I'm sorry but one horrible experience with food and I don't want to go back especially if the main thing the place makes is horrible with people in charge that do not know how to actually make it. That is like us going to ihop and them saying a raw middle in a pancake and saying that's how it should be. It's a joke when those in charge don't know...

Placed my order. They failed to tell me until my order was processed that it would be an hour and half. They brought order incomplete. It was food for myself and two kids. They didn't bring daughters food so when I called they asked if I would like a discount or if I would like to remake the order. I said I would like to have the order because it is someone's meal. She then asked if I would like to have a call back or to put me on hold and they sounded busy so I said go ahead and call me back 20 minutes later no phone call. I called them and they said she put the order in 10 minutes ago and it would be about 15 minutes. I explained at this point I have 3 people eating here all the food came 35mins ago and we just shared and no one was even hungry anymore please refund my card for that meal. She said I don't even think it will be 15mins before you will get your food...I tried to explain to her again I don't want to wait for the food we had already eaten and shared each other's food. She then put me on hold again. I hung up... Thanks for waisting my evening. Won't...
