McDonald's — Restaurant in Oelwein

Worst food experience ever! I had a special order cheeseburger (just cheese); the hamburger was burnt, the bun was hard and stale, the fries were cold and stale!

I called the Oelwein, Iowa McDonalds; I was passed off to someone else, other than the person who answered; I could hear them talking badly about me, the gal asked my name (I had already gave it to the person who answered the phone); when I asked the girl her name, she hung up on me!

The McDonalds in Oelwein, Iowa, is shameful! The employees are rude, act as if they don’t care, but I could be here all day writing this review!

I’m sure there are people who really need the extra income, and people who want to work; perhaps those people should be given a chance to represent the Oelwein,...

Me and and my friends went to McDonald’s, and we sat in the play place area to have privacy. For reference, no kids were in the building while we were there, so we weren’t disturbing anyone or playing in the play place. We finish eating and we’re about to leave, when an employee came up to us, individually asked us all of our ages, and told us that we aren’t allowed to be in in “her” play place without supervision. I really would like to give them a better review since there aren't a lot of choices for grabbing a bite to eat late at night, but I've had a couple of horrible experiences in the last couple of weeks. About a week ago, I was headed home from work, around midnight and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It took forever to get through the drive through line, 15 minutes from order to last window.
