I have only ordered from here a few times but I will not be returning after the last experience I had. We ordered online and were given a 45 min wait time which we were fine with. (I even pre-tipped the driver over 20%) After I placed the order they were nice enough to call me and ask how much sweet and sour sauce I wanted since I requested additional in the comments section. After waiting for our food for over an hour, we called to see where our food was. They were very unapologetic that they were running late and told us the driver had just left and it took another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. (we live 1 mile from the restaurant). After we opened our food we realized they had given us a wrong item and we were missing one item. So we called the store again to try to figure out the situation. They never apologized, they did not offer to bring us the correct item or any compensation, they accused us of ordering the wrong thing and said that they called us to confirm the item we wanted (they didn't). Read moreWe usually like this place. Today was a different story. I ordered online at 4:48pm, and received a delivery time for an hour. I was ok with that, but after an hour and a half I was getting irritated. I called and the gentleman said it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later (we live about 4 minutes away), it still was not delivered. I called again, and the guy told me again that it was on its way. I told him I wanted to cancel the order because if it's been driving around for 20 minutes, it will be cold. He said I couldn't cancel. I waited a few more minutes and went to call again and noticed I had missed a call at 6:34pm. I called back, and he said that my card had been declined. He said he tried to call me twice, yet I had no other missed calls, and no voicemails from them. I told him to just forget it and sent my husband to get dinner somewhere else. After investigating why my card may have been declined, I noticed that my phone had auto entered the wrong expiration date for my card. Read moreI was not very happy with the service i recieved tonight for ur restraunt i had called to place a delivery order to the lady wht i had wanted which was 2 s&s chicken dinners and a pepper steak dinner 2 of them with fried rice n 1 with white rice they send me i containor of chicken a box of pepper steak no rice and no egg rolls so i called back and told the that she messed up my order and she goes to me you didnt say combos or does dinners mean combos so then she proceeds to tell me that i own a $1.30 more when i didnt even get my change from the first time so the same guys brings out the correct order and stands at my door telling me i owned him a $1.50 and i told him tht she told me a 1.30 he proceeds to grab my screen door out of my hand and is going to stand there and argue with me over a quarter wht kind of employees do you people have working there very rude in my book was not happy at all and to top it off wait a hour for our dinner bad buiness bad...
