I usually donât write reviews but I can not stop thinking about my experience at this establishment. This was a gift from my boyfriend, he bought me a hour and a half massage when I called to book they said I only could do 30min or 60min⊠so now Iâm stuck with extra money on a gift card to a place I wonât be going back tooâŠ. When I walked in I was not greeted with a hello, just blank stares, I said hello my name is Angela, Iâm here for a massage and the lady said ok come with me. Did not introduce herself so I have no idea of what her name was. So that was kind of awkward and unprofessional. While getting the massage she did have music playing but it did not drown out the sound of the salon, I could hear blow dryers and constant conversation the walls are very thin so it was very hard for me to relax. The massage itself was ok, nothing spectacular. Did not really work on the problem area that I told her about. When I went to leave I asked for water bc I felt dizzy and thirsty was told there was none. Which is weird considering every place I have gotten massages they always offer water before and after bc the massage dehydrates you. I just said ok I have some in my car probably, itâs fine and headed towards the check out. The massage therapist I think was standing there waiting for me to tip her, as we were standing there she said if u werenât so resistant during ur massage it would have been a lot better, I did not want to hurt myselfâŠ. Which was weird bc I did not even say anything I was just standing there waiting for the gift card to go through⊠it felt like a backhanded excuse, but it was hard to relax in there with all the noise, it would have been better if she would have just not said anything, or maybe try saying thank you for coming would you like to book another appointmentâŠ.I donât think I will be coming back, I really wanted to love this place because it is so...

Do not and I repeat DO NOT go for acrylic nails!! They only have one tech that can lay acrylic. The nail tech filed my cuticles to the point where some were bleeding and all of them are raw and swollen. I had to go home and ice my fingers and apply antibiotic ointment to them. The next day one of the nails acrylic was already lifting. And pricing is outrageous!! They don't tell you it's extra for nail art, and she couldn't emulate what I asked her to do whatsoever. The appointment took over 3.5 hours!!
The manager told me she was sorry and that was it. I am not looking for free services or an apology. It's just bad business to have inexperienced techs in your salon. I do not like to complain but when you pay $110 for a service you tend to expect a...
Read moreWent there with my best friend. I got a full pedi & a facial. Nice salon and nice people. However, I was not impressed with the facial. First of all, I wanted a facial that would help with sun damage and I wasn't even asked what I wanted. In fact, I was asked very few questions by the Esthetician and apparently it didn't matter what I wanted. I still don't know what kind of facial I received. I felt this was a waste of my money. Second, after I left the salon my face felt sticky and I could still feel the product which was peeling off my skin. Also, when we were cashing out with the girl working the counter, another employee came up and interrupted us. So we stood there awkwardly and finally had to ask, "Are we done?' I felt that was very rude. I don't think I would recommend this...
