My wife and I were due for a new mattress. She did a lot of research to find what type would work well for both of us. She is a back sleeper, and I am a side sleeper. Never really thought how much how you sleep effects what type of mattress you should use. My wife finally found one she thought we would like at Denver Mattress, so we headed to Toledo to try it out. Tim was helpful and courteous as we explored our options. Yes we went to look at a specific mattress, but there were so many to see! Tim was quick to figure out our situation, and what we were looking for. He showed us different brands and told us about how they were constructed to help us become more educated about the choice we were about to make. Then he left us alone to try out different mattresses, but was always nearby if we had a question. When all was said and done, we bought one that we thought would be a good fit for us. And no, it was not the one we originally went to look at! All in all, a great buying experience. I definitely recommend stopping in if you are in the market for a new mattress. I explained I needed a specific design in a bed and showed me exactly what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable, and very attentive. I tried out three beds before deciding the one I wanted. She was very focused on my needs and helped me select the perfect bed for me. No sales pressure, no rushing but giving me ample time to chose. She was the perfect sales person, professional, listening to her customer , and delivering exactly what I wanted wasting my time or hers. She even interjected her humor from time to time , causing me to chuckle and making my visit most enjoyable. Of course she made the sale. Went to buy a bed today at Denver mattress was looking around a family of three walked in a couple minutes after we did and a sales man I thought was walking up to us seen the little family and detoured from us and went to the family I was like really?
