Pandora Beauty Supply — Local services in Dayton

I have shopped at this location for awhile and will no longer be shopping there.. BE AWARE THAT THEIR PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO HAVE PROTECTIVE SEALS DO NOT. I bought Ors Olive Oil from the store 1/4/25. I got home and realized it did not have a not protective seal and had a bunch of residue on the inside rim of the bottle (I have purchased the same protect from Walmart and Sallys etc. and they have always had a protective seal under the cap).

I took it back the next day with a receipt. Talk to one guy but i guess he did not have authority to do a store credit etc. I explained next whom was white guy the issue, but he seem to be a bit incompetent about knowing there are seals on hair products. I explain to him again the issue. I told him i was looking for a refund i'll take a store credit or get a different product and pay the difference. He stated that the products do not come with a seal. I explained, I have purchased Ors Olive Oil product from other stores and it came with a protective seal.I told him i don’t want the product b/c there is no as seal & could have been tampered. He said he would not give a store credit nor could I get a different product & pay the difference since he assumes there is nothing wrong. I told him there is suppose to be a seal under the cap and told him will take my business and shop elsewhere, he then said “would you like the product back”? I said “no”. (why would I want the product back knowing there is suppose to be a seal under the cap and i'm sure they put it back on the shelf). Im not gunna go back and forth with you over $8 product obviously you need the sale. I know I have been able to exchange or was offered a credit in the past. I have shopped in there often as well as some of my family. So I will no longer be shopping there nor will my family and I will be telling my friends and will recommend others to take their...

I recently visited Pandora Beauty Supply at their new location on Needmore Rd in Dayton, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! This was my first visit to this particular store, having previously not visited their Dixie location since the hurricane. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have transformed an old Kroger into a spacious and inviting beauty supply store.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who promptly asked if I needed assistance in finding anything. This thoughtful gesture made me feel welcomed and valued as a new customer. The store was exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the various sections.

Pandora Beauty Supply offers an extensive range of products, from wigs and weaves to clothing and beauty accessories. I was amazed by the variety of items available, including hair care products like shampoos and leave-in conditioners, as well as trendy sunglasses, jewelry, and even perfumes. It's clear that they cater to a wide array of beauty needs, which is fantastic for someone like me who loves to explore different products.

In terms of pricing, everything seemed quite reasonable, although I plan to compare them with other beauty supply stores in the area. Nonetheless, I found several items that intrigued me and felt the prices were fair for the quality of products offered.

It's okay stuff if your in a pinch but really most of it has been sitting on the shelves for a long time. Most of the items look like they came from a flea market and kinda set up like one more than a beauty supply store. I bought a brush from here and a sleeping cap for my hair but the hair brush broke after 2 days of use and my hair cap just kept bleeding onto my bedsheets after washing it. I washed it 2 more times but it still bleeds on my bedsheets. It's also started falling apart after 3 washes. I wouldn't recommend buying hair from this place either because the qauality isn't there. If you buy anything from here just be careful to make sure it's worth the money and won't fall apart days after. I will stick with Sally's...
