Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

I went through the drive through. I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked. Got home and realized they did not give me one of my sandwiches. I called, the girl was nice and said if I came back she would have it ready. I went back up there, the girl said "you're here for the roast beef?" She said "I'll have that right up for you" she went to the back, started talking to the other lady back there, started making another sandwich for someone else. After a few minutes she made my sandwich, pushed it through the window to another girl, who had no idea what to do with it. Finally she turned around to give it to me. So much for having it ready when you told me it would be. Terrible customer service! I'm sure they could have been more rude, but that was pretty awful. Was working at this arby's for a week and a half and had an allergic reaction to the gloves. My second day of training I got yelled at profusely by a crew leader for something that wasn't my fault because I wasn't taught to make the food that was on the order screen. My second week they started me on register I was training and I went to reach for arby's sauce right behind the counter for an older gentleman and was grabbed and shoved by another crew leader and was told very sternly "you stay here".
