Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

This place is just waiting for a lawsuit to happen, they don't know how to do anything right. Multiple times I've experienced little scraps in the food. Plastic corners in the mac and cheese, aluminum foil wrapping in the sandwiches, and debris in the drinks. The food is miserable and depressing, I feel like they go out of their way to be doom and gloom. The fries and are cold, the cheese sticks snap at how cold they are, the roast beef tastes like it just came out of the fridge, the cheese sauce thick, and the drinks have no flavour as if they reduced the amount of syrup in the dispensers. This Arby's has given me such horrible experiences consistently over time that I feel compelled to write a post to warn others. A waste of money. I would be embarrassed to operate this location to the point of wanting to quietly quit so people didn't know I worked there. The food is expensive, it has no flavour, I'm risking consuming foreign objects, the drinks has no syrup, everything feels like it's cold out of the fridge, and the presentation looks like someone sat on the bag. Considering all of that, I would not be surprised if there were multiple health...

It started with a rude interaction with the lady at the drive-through, who audibly sighed at us when we weren't immediately ready to order. It took us under 5 seconds to decide. I said, I'll have a Buffalo chicken sandwich combo, large. She replied in a snarky tone, "are you talking to me now?"

Then we waited in the drive-through for ten minutes. There were two cars in front of us.

I like to think positively. I'm happy to wait if they have to make it fresh. Not the case here. We did check before getting back on the highway. It was medium instead of large, and it said Buffalo chicken. The size wasn't worth further wait time.

So we got back on the road, only to find it was a wrap. And it was cold. As was the roast beef my wife ordered. I'd even have been fine with a warm wrap. But no.

The final straw? In all my years of visiting drive-throughs, I've never had a place fail to include Napkins with a drive-through order. This one did.

Pretty much a fail at every stage. I'm normally a fan of Arby's, but not...

I love Arby's. Their food is so freaking good! But I absolutely HATE that when you order the giant size sandwich in the combo, they only give u a medium drink and fries unless you specify large. Like if I'm hungry enough to order that giant-ass sandwich (and pay that much for the combo) they could at least throw in the large drink and large fries without a charge. I mean come on Arby's. I have this sandwich that weighs a ton and a 16 ounce drink. It just feels disproportioned. It should just be automatically upgraded to a large when u order the monster sized sandwich in a combo. Maybe I'm being greedy and I know I sound like a big eater but really, I just really like...
