Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

I wish I didn't have to give any stars. This Arby's is horrible they give old old hard food. I ordered an over 30 dollar order and wasn't given an order of 6 piece chicken nuggets and tried to call but they wouldn't answer the phone so I called the next day and explained the situation to the manager Veronica and was basically told I was lying because she worked there night before and didn't serve any chicken nuggets. When I explained I wasn't given a receipt and asked her to look through her receipts mind you I have her exact order she will insisted she didn't serve chicken nuggets the day before at all.I ended up going to the restaurant so that she could find my receipt I have her a time as well and she refused to look up my ticket. Called corporate I've never received a call back and have never been reimbursed for my nuggets.I didn't ask for the whole ticket to be reimbursed just the nuggets and was treated as of I was in the wrong by their manager who was loudly talking over me and was down right disrespectful. What happened to the work ethics I have it a shot again last night to only receive cold food the chicken nuggets were so old and hard with a couple burnt fries in them that I couldn't even eat it I will not be returning at this point sickening that the company is...

This is probably the worst Arby's in the area. It really went downhill. It always takes forever to get the food even when they're dead. Twice I've had them tell me to pull to a spot for them to bring my food out & then sit there for 15 mins with no cars in front for 2 sandwiches. Another time I ordered online & got there maybe 10 mins after the pickup time due to traffic & was told one of the workers took my order home when they left because they didn't think I was coming 😆 🤡 It was already paid for so why would anyone in their right mind assume someone would just pay & not pickup their food. If I want Arby's I'll drive out of my way to go to Canfield or Struthers to avoid this place. I thought everyone at the front counter was very polite there were lots of young people I thought that was very encouraging because they worked well together! There is a handicap accessible restroom casual place. My only true discrepancy was the fact that we ordered a half of sandwich and they ended up giving us a whole sandwich. They also charged us for the whole sandwich. We ended up splitting it and the rule that it came with was amazing sorry forgot to take pictures. That's why I gave them five stars anyway LOL. Plus I made them laugh so I think he was a little distracted. Overall great experience. I don't go to Arby's much but I think I will be visiting again because of this Pleasant visit.
