Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Ohio

Disgusting! Just left this place and the burger was so greasy the paper was wet! Opened it up to the bun being so soggy with grease it was like mush! There had to be 7 pcs of soping greasy bacon slopped on it with a handful of pickles just thown in the middle with the ends of some onions and so much mustard ketchup and mayo like it was some kind of mad childs way of throwing a fit! You Charge stupid high prices for someone not to even be able to eat the slop you just made. Oh and i literally live across the street so it didn't have time to sit and get that way while driving home. So i called to let them know how nasty the burger looked ( i couldn't even bring myself to taste it ) and the young girl on The phone could care less! Oh well thanks for letting us KNOW?!?!?! My visit to this Dairy Queen was terrible. I visited on Sunday, July 12th around 9:30 PM ish. The male worker, with tattoos on his left arm, was one of the most ignorant, unfriendly and unprofessional workers I have ever encountered at a fast-food establishment. His tone while taking our order through the drive-thru was embarrassing. "k; pull-up.' No thank you or repeating our order to us. Him taking our payment was not much better as he was cold and standoffish. He did not give us the right order (would've if he read our order back to us). I would have filled out the survey on the receipt, but we were not given a receipt to do so, so we will just write on here. This is worst blizzard and Dairy Queen experience I have ever had. We ordered 4 and they all were melted when we got home. We live 2 minutes from the store. We went through the drive-thru and none of them were flipped like they are supposed to be. If they were to flip them they would have dumped all over. I will never go to this store again. I hope we don't get food poisoning from dairy products not stored properly. We normally go to the Struthers, Ohio store, and our blizzards are never melted and good ever time, but it is further and we were driving by the Poland, Ohio store. I regret stopping.
