Service was terrible, pizza was not as good as other dominoes. The guy on the phone sounded like he seriously didn't want to take my order. Then his computer wasn't working and he had to retake my order. I know things get hectic sometimes, so I let it go and called it distracted work issues. When the delivery guy came he expected cash. I gave the guy my credit card over the phone. I get that his computer needed a reset but he should have asked for my card again if he needed it. How frustrating. I told the delivery guy that I gave my credit card and he looked at me as if it was my problem. He finally called while I checked my account to make sure I wasn't charged. Thank goodness I was able to scrape up enough cash (because it was obviously my problem). Frustrating since I'm traveling tomorrow and wanted that cash on hand. THEN! The most important piece to eating pizza (for my fiance whom I ordered it for in the first place) is crushed red pepper. He always loads it up. The driver told me I had to ask since they don't carry it with them. First of all, I did ask. The guy on the phone didn't care to listen to ANYTHING I had to say. I barely got grunts of recognition as opposed to service over the phone. Secondly...you don't carry it?! You are a pizza delivery guy! I feel like the one thing you should carry is crushed red pepper (and parm) packets! Why don't you carry those lol?! Ridiculous. I called back. No one answered. 3 times. Thanks a lot dominoes. We will not order from here again. So do yourself a favor and order from a different restaurant or make sure they repeat everything you say (and record it lol). If anyone from dominoes is reading, you should probably change your policy on drivers not carrying crushed red pepper or parmesian when delivering...PIZZA!!! Most places would just include it. I know you have to ask dominoes for some reason. Good thing I did. Now if only the driver could have some for when the phone guy doesn't give a sh** about his job. Thanks.
**Edit - My fiance also just told me it wasn't even a deep dish as ordered, it was a regular hand tossed pizza. I went ahead and called back again (knowing it's after hours and hoping for a machine) and got the same 'I don't care attitude' phone guy. He said there was nothing he could do about it because it's after hours. Gee I'm so glad I called 3 times when it wasn't after hours. I asked for the manager...he is the manager. I asked for the owner to call me. If you own this dominoes and are reading this, please take a look at the other reviews and possibly re-evaluate your management team. I left my phone number. I hope you receive my information and it isn't tossed in the trash by...
Read moreI love this Dominos. I order from here all the time, tonight was the second time this week for me and the second time today for my household. I received my specialty buffalo chicken with no buffalo sauce. When I call the girl answering the phone asked my address and the issue. I gave my address spelling the street name and explained the issue. She could not find my order so a manager came to the phone and got an attitude because i was upset that i had to explain over again. The managers excuse was that today was this person's first day of work there. That's understandable but you should understand the customer frustration of having to explain twice the same thing. Then he offered to send a driver out with 2 buffalo cups, while my food sits here getting cold. I said no thank you and hung up. I usually order before 5p.m. maybe I will have to stick to the day time crew rather than the evening crew when I order. My driver Heather was very nice. Thank you Heather for your pleasant delivery service.
I sent an email, still...
