I’ve lived in this town for 2 years now and always avoided going to dunkin because I had heard nothing other than how terrible the service was. I had finally decided I was sure everyone else was being too harsh or impatient and that I should go and make my own decision. I have now been 3 times in the last two months and I think it was 3 too many. Every single time the order was wrong or we had to wait forever with no one else around. Ordered two medium iced vanilla lattes the first time, got two iced hazelnut coffees. Didn’t notice until I pulled away. I had also sat there for probably 10 minutes waiting. There was a line of cars behind me while I was waiting but no one in front of me when I got there. Second time similar experience, ordered a large iced vanilla latte, handed me a medium hazelnut. I tried to correct them and they told me they must’ve rung it up wrong and that’s what I paid for so they couldn’t fix it. Asked for the receipt which shows a large vanilla. Then just yesterday ordered a medium refresher and iced latte, and 25 munchkins without a few specific flavors, she repeated the order back correctly. Handed us one straw with two drinks, we asked for a second straw and she said sure. Well we waited, and waited, and waited. She finally comes back to ask us why we are still waiting. They hadn’t give us our doughnuts yet either. She hands us the second straw finally then disappears again, someone else comes to the window to ask if we needed something. Still, our doughnuts. Finally another 5 minutes later she brings them over and every flavor was in the box. I normally don’t care too much when it’s a mix up of asking to leave out specific flavors because it’s not that I don’t like the others I just like the ones I asked for more, but that fact that I can’t come here without knowing my order will be wrong and having to check before I pull away and ask for the receipt so I have prof makes it not...
Read moreEdit: never returning to this location. The morning staff downright have NO manners and no one can make a simple drink (that’s on their menu) the same way each time. I just came through to order an iced signature latte and got an iced coffee but paid for a latte. When I told one of the girls, she said “that’s fine”, grabs it and squirts whipped cream on top and hands it back. Still not the drink I ordered. I love Dunkin, but the wrong people are running this one.
This is my go-to anytime I’m in the mood for an iced coffee or latte. I just wish the staff would make the drinks the same each time. I’ve been ordering the white chocolate iced signature latte and 3 times it has come with regular mocha drizzled on top of it (which I personally don’t like at ALL). When asked for it without, I was told it doesn’t come with regular mocha. The staffs knowledge of what they advertise is inept.
As for the donuts, they’re small and the icing is dry/hard. They are presentable though and do have really cute...

After waiting and waiting I just pulled ahead to the window. I was only the 2nd car in line. The first car finally moved. Get to the window and they don't know what I've ordered or who I am. They didn't have my drinks ready so sit there while they make it. They give me the drinks and close the window. I sit there for another 5mins. They finally come back like what?
