The only reason I'm not giving them a better rating is because of the following.... I live in Mount Vernon and we don't have a JJ's so I was super excited because I love their tuna salad! So I ordered one and got all the way home and went to eat my sub and COULDN'T! The drive thru menu does not tell you all the items that will be going on your sub! I ordered a #15 and it did not say that it had lettuce on it and mine did. I cannot eat lettuce and since the lettuce completely covered the tuna salad, I could not eat it at all! When I called in about this issue and the fact that the sign does not say that it comes with lettuce, the person I was talking to did not care one bit, but did say that they have gotten that same complaint before...but, it would seem, that they don't care enough to fix it!!! So to make it short, my dog thoroughly enjoyed his lunch! Thanks JJ's, you made my dog one happy little guy today and I ended up having to skip lunch...

I am horrified. Then when I got to the window, she handed me a HUGE box that I had to get out of the car to get because it wouldn't fit through my window. Which was why I was calling. I thought it would have been difficult to pick up the order via the drive-through. It would have been sooo much easier if they could have stopped for one second and met me at the door or put the box outside for me to scoop up.

Read moreordered 2 sandwiches at the drive-thru. One was a veggie sub for my wife. She ended up saving it to take to work the next day. She opened the bag the next day and noticed how light it felt, when she opened the sub all that was on it was cheese. I took it back the next day when I had time and the young man in the window said.."we're going to replace it and GIVE you another #6. ouch, felt like a criminal, you're not GIVING me anything that I didn't pay for.
