McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

This place is Absolutely amazing. Unicorns rainbows the whole 9 yards. Tremendous staff like you've never seen before. Talented workers and clowns(Make up and suit are not visible good luck figuring out who is who). Sauce packets might be 25 cents but lets be real here that quarter wasn't going to anywhere but your pocket sunshine so don't throw a tantrum. Food is hot and fresh like my mix tape (Soundcloud link not included) and drinks are colder than Meek Mills body after that Drake diss track. The coffee is so fresh you'd swear colombians are farming it directly from the tree and hand roasting it in the basement this building doesn't have. The Sweet Tea is sweeter than the defeat of your worst enemy who became your worst enemy by eating fries from everyone elses bag on the way home and then taking the fullest bag of fries upon getting to the squads destination. All amazing, rediculously over exaggerated fine points of this 5 star establishment aside come order from us we don't bite(Attitude shown during complaints may result in varying outcomes.)

Im here everyday and let me tell you this McDonald's is a magical place and its staff is even more extraordinary. Tell them Trevor's rediculous review lured you in. Or ask "Can I get a BoNeLeSs PiZzA" at the counter or drive thru just as a joke. (WE DONT SELL BONELESS PIZZA THATS WINGSTREETS JOB)

No stars at all I stopped in there after work last Thursday on July 31, 2019 around 7:45pm I had ordered a large peach slushie and 2 chocolate chip cookies after i had placed the order the staff rudely said to me that the slushie machine was down and couldn't serve me one ok I understand that things like that happen they did refund me my money back I wish they would have told me that before I placed my order. I asked for a large diet Coke they were just down right nasty to me the cup they gave me was dirty discussing they used it to scoop the coffee I sent it back for a clean one got it they slammed it down on the counter. This is Totally Totally Totally Totally unacceptable and uncalled for By McDonald's in the painesville twp. Location Bad service . I haven't been back there on my hit list. Shame on you McDonald's Thats Awful and discussing ....

Employees and management Kelly and General manager Nick are very rude and very unprofessional 1582 Mentor Ave this location has messed up our orders numerous of times then wants to have an attitude with customers my mother went to this location on 8/9/21 and they only rung her up for a happy meal and nothing else and the cashier was very unprofessional in a corporate business you do not argue with customers and weather or not you like it customers are always right in any business and as a business you try to make things right this is not my first time having an encounter with Kelly the manager she has a rude attitude and a smart mouth to customers know your profession if you don’t like your position step down or find another job and learn how to deal with customers you have lost a customer and I will...
