Years later…2-11-24 - spoke with Miss Grace in ordering my taco pizza. Please don’t ever ever take this away! Grace…if there were Grace’s in all aspects of a business; there would never ever be low star reviews. Grace was amazing in taking my order, very patient in answering questions…There are so many places in general where the associate dreads their job and you can hear it in their voice. Even if there was no taco pizza, I would totally order pizza from this location. She really needs a raise no matter what she is making. Old review: Here I go again with another super awesome review! I love Pizza Hut’s Taco Pizza and this is one of the only locations that still serves this pizza. So I have difficulty ordering online as I need the pizza a certain way for everyone in my household and well that’s how I want it. Called the store and spoke to “Bradley” as he told me to order online as I could finally start receiving points and then call in with the specifics. He is such a wonderful staff member! Extremely helpful, so so pleasant over the phone and just so patient as I am frustrating to some people I would think! Haha...the 2 pizza’s were out of this world the best made taco pizzas ever made! I couldn’t believe how heavy they weee and exactly how each of them were ordered. I called and called to change payment info., to ask another question and I apologize for being so picky! Delivery driver was so super nice and polite. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Oh yeah, I also received a FOLLOW-UP CALL FROM Bradley! That just topped the cake! We placed an order and the estimated delivery time given was great but the when our pizza doesn't show up we called. I asked for a store manager and explained everything and he then he gave me excuse on why it could be late i said those are just excuse he said he was not the store manager he was a chef manager and he needed to put me on hold to talk to the store manager. I stated I asked for a store manager not any another manager he then put me on hold for a while and then the store manager kath came on the phone shes so delightful to deal with oh bless he little heart. Kath was rude when I explained everything wouldn't give me a store number wouldn't give me a corporate number said oh our pizza was over looked and the driver never took it so it we want it the drivers back and he can bring it now. I said if its cold no she said if it's cold when we get it they will remake it. She some how doesn't understand the problem. Her driver shouldn't have left without it, she needs to learn costumers service. I went through the reviews before posting to this and I'm sorry but the district manager really needs to get some new management in this location. I understand that Washington Courthouse is a little town but customer service is ridiculous at some of these fast food placed McDonald's rates hire on customer service then this pizza hut. I'm sorry but I've worked for pizza hut in the past and locations like this is the reason there quality is going down hill. My son is a driver at a pizza hit in Arizona. And my daughter in law is the manager and this behavior from kath would never be tolerate if this district manager would listen to...

I do like to give credit where credit is due, and i went in this evening to pick up a deal they had going on, and they were slammed, and the ladies are in their busting their behinds. I do commend them for the hard work they are doing. (Although earlier the one at the register told me the deal is an online only order and customer service says you can walk in and order it for carry out too- so not sure why she told me that??) But anyways, the others this evening deserve recognition. :)

Yet, another review! Yeah I know, yet another review but it's been almost 6 months since my last one. Order a large stuffed crust extra sauce extra cheese even gave a tip the pizza I asked for ask for extra sauce and extra cheese just for the pizza it cost me $20.37 for one pizza! A waste of my dang money again if I'm going to pay $21 for one large pizza with extra cheese and sauce then that's what I want and that's what I expect. I had a family member back down and look at it and ask me well where's your extra cheese at where's the extra sauce I said well I guess I'll be disputing this one with my bank honestly the same amount of cheese would have been on it whether I would have bought extra or not nobody has money to waste in the economy the way it is these days!
