The ONLY reason I am even doing this review is because of our visit today! We’re here a few times a week and today was one of the worst experiences I have had! The food usually is great but today it wasn’t very good at all! Our waitress (who was great) sent back one of the meals cause it came out looking horrible! When it came back out it tasted like they used a whole salt shaker on it! So no it wasn’t all ate! When we went up to check out the cook came out from the back and we could hear her and another waitress (Terry) talking about us! The cook was talking about the food not being ate and the waitress was talking about a previous visit where she left us sitting for 20 minutes (she tried to say it wasn’t even 5 minutes! I’m a waitress little does she know so why would I be impatient after 5 minutes🤦🏻‍♀️) and another server offered to take care of us but we had already decided to go elsewhere! The owner and all the other waitresses are absolutely amazing but these 2 really shouldn’t treat...

Wife and I stopped in on Friday for dinner in order to see if those bad reviews were justified. She ordered the boasted chicken and I had meatloaf. Our waitress was named Mahava. There was no long wait for service and she was very happy and attentive. We ordered the sampler as appetizer it was a platter full of 4 each of fried mushrooms, fried cheese-stcks, chicken tenders, onion rings, and potàto skins. There was asecond plate with sauces and condiments. Frankly, I was already starting to get full before the meal arrived. My wife had her hands full as the platter of crispy golden-brown chicken and mashed pòtatos satisfied any appetite she had left after the appetizer. The meatloaf was tasty and cooked to perfection as each bite melted in my mouth. Fried apples as oneof three inclued side-disheswere the best way to finish a really good meal. The food was decent but the atmosphere has much to be desired and the (lack of) service was atrocious. The benches and walls and everything everywhere you looked - even the dishes and silverware - just appeared worn out and used- entire place is dingy looking and did not feel clean. We almost left just from the sheer appearance of the place once we got inside. The worst part, however, was our server who lacked any skill in customer service. She didn’t make any eye contact, tossed menus and silverware on the table at us, walked away when we were asking questions and never once had a smile on her face.
