Pour House Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Ohio

The food was good, the beer selection was great, and the service was prompt. However, there are some ongoing issues with this establishment:

Each time I’ve eaten here there’s been an issue related to paying the bill. About 3 months ago, I paid with my debit card and within several days my account was compromised. This was the only establishment where my card was literally outside of my line of sight. I don’t find this practice reassuring. Since then, I have made the decision to pay in cash. Now I’m having another issue. I do not pay in exact change. However, on my last two visits, your servers have decided to retain the change for themselves instead of bringing it back to the table. I worked in food service for 5 years and this is not a good business practice or how tipping works. If my bill is $25 and I give you $30 I expect the $5 dollars back. I will then leave the appropriate tip.

Finally, for everyone’s safety, I would appreciate it if you would enforce the mask policy among your patrons that are not actively eating or drinking. Permitting your maskless and Inebriated patrons to dance around the bar area is quite frankly reckless...

We arrived at 2:30 pm and were seated at a table outside. The waitress came over and took our drink orders which consisted of 4 waters, 2 Sun Cruisers, and 1 Sprite. The waitress returned with our drinks and took our food orders which consisted of 2 smash burgers, and order of wings, a gyro, and a rueben. Then, a different waitress asked us if we had placed an order. We told her we did and had been waiting over an hour. She responded with an attitude that they had a party of 35 inside. As we were waiting, another couple arrived and received their food before us. We asked the waitress again and she responded it was coming out and continued to have an attitude. The waitress stopped at another table and apologized politely that their order was never placed with the kitchen and if they were okay with waiting. We waited a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food, that NEVER ARRIVED! One of us went inside and the waitress said she wasn't going to argue with us. So, we paid for our drinks and spoke to Nick, the manager. He apologized, however, made no effort to rectify the situation. Needless to say, we will not return...

Been by here a few times and always wanted to go in and check it out. Tonight I had my chance ...and what a disappointment. Walked in and no one was there to seat us. Place was busy so we walked around to see if you seated yourself. Then someone (little rude) came up behind us and said we have people already waiting for tables. He took our name and said he would let us know that we could go to the bar..which we did. So crowed that could barley get a order in. Then we got our table. Was told to "sit here". No menus or asked if we needed anything. Sat there for about 30 minutes 4 different workers walked past us a few times not once asking if we needed a menue. The only time anybody said anything was can I take your empty classes never asking if we needed another. At this point we got...
