Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Ohio

The attitude of the girl who waited on me was absolutely terrible, they have a good way of making you feel unwelcomed, and apparently are incapable of simply acknowledging someone on any level.. I honestly don't get it, if you don't want to work with customers, and can't pretend like you want to do your job then please get another job. And I would never put employees in charge of my business like this to serve my guests who choose to come here and try to spend money.. a lot of owners have no idea how bad their employees truly are when they're not around/their lack of service. Smoothies are really good... gave them a 3 star review because they closed the bathroom for public use. I know with the covid going on right now I can understand not letting people who do not purchase anything from using the bathroom but I was a customer who purchased 3 smoothies and gave your staff a 5 dollar tip. Asked to use the restroom and was told they were closed for public use. How hard can it be to sanitize a bathroom after use. If other big restaurants can let their customers use their restrooms and manage to keep them clean and sanitized why can a small facility like yourself...

Truly disappointed with ny experience from 5 mins ago. I love pulp, I'm a frequent customer to all the locations in the area. Niles, Austintown and boardman. I always get a large smoothe avocado and always gladly pay the up charge for the large. And the blonde girl working there today refused to serve me the large. It is what it is , I didn't argue with the girl. But i know that you can pay the difference for a larger size. Boardman lost my business. And I know they don't care bc everyone says that.
