First time ordering , over the phone was easy the guy who answered was very patient with my questions and completed my order within minutes .... Food got to me , I thought the meatballs would've been a little bigger but they're still good . The pasta is really good and hot as well . The bread I was sorta disappointed because I thought it was gonna be toasted/ garlic (reasons only 4 stars ) . UPDATE : Changed my rating , because I’ve ordered more food from them after the first time . The first order I picked up I was a little late ( I assume ) but the fries were soggy and gross . I thought it was because of me , so i ordered again for delivery . Said it’ll take 45-1hour . It did ! When it came , the order was wrong . I have a toddler son so I only order him legs / wings . Easier for him to eat . After waiting all that time I called 20 times to a bust phone . Finally got through and was told that I would get a store credit for the messed up order . His fries were all wet looking and everything . By me being pregnant, I really couldn’t do anything it was after 10 at night . I felt so sad , I started crying . I kept him up to get his dinner and it came wrong . How was I supposed to feel . Well they said they would redeliver his chicken that night , took some more time . But they came , doesn’t help I cried until after I seen the order was correct and my baby eating . I won’t be returning back for business . The lady whom took my order did it correctly as I seen on the receipt, but I guess people don’t care to read what the order actually is . Left me with a huge headache . 🙁...

First time ordering out in 5 months. Ordered 2 meals for delivery, a fish dinner and a chicken parm. Was originally told by the person taking the order they do not make chicken parm even though it's right on the menu, person asked someone and corrected himself, was told it would be 35 minutes for order. One hour later food is finally delivered, open the bag and no chicken parm meal, call to inform them of this, they say they made it but its possible it was given to a different order. They will make another one and it'll be 15 to 20 minutes at most. ONE hour after that. so 2 hours after the original order mind you still no chicken parm meal, no call no delivery nothing. Go outside to look see if maybe driver got lost (even though he just was here an hour ago giving the benefit of the doubt) nope he's sitting in the parking lot on his phone I watched him for 5 minutes and picking his nose. he finally starts his car back up and hands me my food through the window. Whatever, I brush it off finally got my food after 2 hours of waiting I'm hangry and don't care at this point Ijust wanna eat. Go to open the box, half of the meal is out of the container in in the plastic bag they wrapped it in, the "chicken" is 2 Tyson breaded chicken tenders that are paper thin and a butt load of undercooked spaghetti. I was so angry and disappointed I just threw it away. I waited 2 HOURS for trash. Never again will I order. I'm so...
