Sharing an experience we had this morning . In short we bought 2 Breakfast burritos. 2 different types. The gentleman who handed over the burrito identified them by each type and handed over individually. We took his word and delivered them accordingly to family members at different locations. These burritos are not marked. We relied on the Scooter employee word. He was wrong and when we returned to fix the miss-communication the manager was less than understanding and rude. They took no accountability for their actions and we purchased a 3 burrito and left. To the owner we are not looking for response. Please take the time to incorporate fundamental customer service techniques to your managers. You have an excellent product only to be tainted by your employees.
