Austintown Gorants was the worst experience ever! The entire store is DIRTY and completely unorganized! Wow what a horrible display of everything in the store. Dirty shelves, dust on boxed candy that looked old and dingy dirty. Who ever was hired for visuals NEED TO GO! Clerk couldn't answer any of my simple questions not to mention there wasn't a greeting or can I help you…, did not want to engage in conversation. I was the only customer in the store on 6/4/25 @6:30pm. I couldn't get out of the fast enough....

Staff are not people friendly, I have visited this establishment twice now. I feel this place could be a cozy happy place but the ladies behind the counter act like they don't want to be there, no interaction and very short answers. I went here originally thinking I could get some fudge. But the clerk told me they only have that around Christmas time. So instead, I bought some honeycomb candy which was absolutely delicious!
