Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

Usually kind of a weird vibe compared to the other ones I’ve been to but usually the food is fine. Last time I went the toaster was broken, no big deal, things happen. Today 3/21/22 I went and literally, the worker stared at me awkwardly but never greeted me so I go to place my order (for my daughter) and walk down to the veggie section and literally every container of veggies had frostbite ALL THE WAY AROUND THEM and the veggies were like sticking to the walls of the containers . I asked her if they had veggies without frost bite and the worker comes from the back (may be a rude manager , may be a rude worker) and with all attitude said “all we have is whats out” so I replied “so all you have is frost bitten food?” She just ignored me so I told them we didn’t want our sub and I told her she was rude and I didn’t like her attitude . Mind you, before I noticed the frostbite, she was YELLING at these customers to shut the door …. Idk what it is but IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, GET A NEW ONE!!! There’s no way you have zero inventory on food and couldn’t exchange all that frostbite that I’m NOT...

Absolute worst experience i’ve had at a subway chain. Were told to wait while they made door dash orders. Sat for 15 minutes before being served. Employee with red hair “Savnnah” I believe her name was. Huffed and puffed and threw a tantrum with every doordash order that came in. She was extremely overwhelmed with us and the two other customers that were in the store. She threw our sandwiches around like they were trash and treated the new employee like garbage whenever she asked for help. I get that this job can be high stress at times; however, this is no way to treat customers. Will not be coming back to...

At first, they REALLY SCREWED up my order!!! I ordered through the app, I thought I made everything clear!! But I got home and the order was all messed up and missing items!! I told myself that I would never order again, NO MATTER HOW MUCH I LOVED THEIR SANDWICHES!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER IF YOU HAVE MADE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!!! BUT, I I went in the next morning and the person that was working, just happened to be one of the managers, and she CORRECTED EVERYTHING!!!
